Close your eyes and settle yourself in. Sink into the softness of your bed and take a moment to notice how your skin feel against the gentle touch of your sheets or blankets. Let them soothe you and soften you as you sink deeper into the comfort of your bed.

The energy swims around you, buzzing with things left undone and details to be organized. Just notice it here. Watching the energy spin, wanting your attention. Blue, yellow, and red streaks of light, chattering, singing, dancing, the noise of the day.

hovers, wanting to stay. So breathe in deeply and watch as your breath interrupts the movement and begins to dissolve the thoughts. Breathe deeply again, shifting your focus onto your breath, onto the sweet hums of air coming in and coming out.
