Laughter is one of the best ways to live in the present moment and dance in the joy of living. So let's tap into laughter today and let it ease our hearts and spirits. Settle into a comfortable position and allow your shoulders to drop by your side. Let your face
Soften into your arms and chest. Relax, breathe, and just be here for a moment. Gently turn the corners of your mouth upward and smile ever so slightly and hold that position as you continue to breathe in and out regularly.
And now exaggerate that smile a little bit, letting your eyes squint a big smile. Just hold this expression for a few more seconds. Now relax and see if you can imagine a moment when you laugh deeply. When tears streamed down your face in happiness,
When your face strained because your smile couldn't get any bigger. When your whole body shook with glee. See this moment and notice how it makes you feel in your body and in your mind. Laughter dissolves the pain and releases the heaviness. Laughter is the language of the soul.
