Breathe in slowly and then let go. With each inhale, you invite in calm. With each exhale, you release what's no longer needed. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath. Be here with it. Follow it. In and out. In and out. Slower and slower. Calmer and calmer. Feel the space around you growing softer.

Your breath is your anchor, guiding you into stillness. With each inhale, you welcome a sense of calm. With each exhale, you let go of any lingering tension and allow yourself to sink deeper into rest. Breathe in peace and breathe out everything that might hold you back. Breathe in ease.
