Today's meditation is going to be really beautiful and special. I'm very excited. Manifesting is so nuanced and yet so simple.
And I've had so many experiences of consciously and like hardcore manifesting something, right? And then I've had many experiences of me really not trying to manifest stuff, but things happen. And when I look back, I'm like, oh, I was doing everything to manifest that. That's so cool. Oh,
What I'm going to do is because I've had so many listeners throughout the past couple of months really like reach out to me and say, hey, where are your manifestation meditations? Like, what do you have to help me manifest stuff? So what I've done is this week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, I'm putting on a three-day manifesting series. So across all of our adult shows, that's 15 of our 20, we have 15 adult shows. The other five are for kids.

I'm such a believer in manifesting I want to tell you a quick little manifesting story and then we will get into our into our meditation for today as we speak in
It is officially summer schedule here for the Kermitsos family. And so my kids are, you know, on summer break. And so every year we've done some version of Camp Kermitsos. And this year it's like I had this vision. I was like, OK, girls, what do you want Camp Kermitsos to be? In past years, it's just sort of been like us doing fun stuff for the week, the three of us. And then some years it's been like inviting a couple of friends along for the whatever things we're doing.
Well, this year they really wanted like, okay, we're doing a week. It's going to be camp style. We're going to have all these fun activities and we're going to invite, you know, friends over to our house. As we speak, we're in day one of Camp Kermitsos. They are all outside and there's six kids here, a couple moms, and we are all, they're just...
loving life. It is unstructured, lots of fun stuff, structure if and when we need it. And it's just so fun. And I loved that I kind of walked my kids through like, what do you want this to be? What does it feel like when all of your friends are here playing? What kind of things are we going to do? So that's my kind of simple way to be able to help teach my kids about manifesting because
exactly what they envisioned is what's happening right now. It's just really, really cool. That's also a little bit of a story for a warning, just in case you hear extra noises around here during our meditation. So I love being a student of manifesting. I love really being able to understand myself better so I can understand the alignment that's necessary in order to bring things into fruition that first exist in my mind and then can exist out here in the world.
Now, one of the big reasons I'm doing this three-day manifesting series across the network is because my very good friend, Pappy DiNuzzo, who is a manifesting and mindset coach, and before he ever became a manifesting and mindset coach, he had established and still has a huge wealth management company that manages over a billion dollars. Let's get on with our meditation. Kayla says that she manifests yearly and monthly. I've led mindful journaling workshops and I cover manifestation and affirmations. Beautiful. Oh my gosh, girl. Beautiful, beautiful. Awesome. I love it. I'm sure that, you know, journaling is a big part of my manifesting practice as well. I know it's a part of Allison's as well. Yeah. Let me know if that's part of your manifesting practices. Okay.
So let's begin with taking a big deep breath today and just feeling light, letting that air lighten us, letting the exhale release anything that doesn't need to be here. Letting the inhale again, calm and clear. Letting the exhale let go of the past, let go of the future and bring you right here. Ease into a nice,
Easy rhythm of breathing, breathing in and breathing out. And see if you can feel a little bit of a smile upon your heart. No matter what this day has been, no matter what this season has been, see if you can imagine speckles of joy raining over your heart. See if you can imagine that joy bringing up joy.
A really beautiful moment or memory of when you felt that joy. Maybe it's right now in this moment, just feeling the freedom and joy of doing something so beautiful for yourself. So healing and loving, giving yourself the space. For me, it's the joy of literally hearing kids laugh and play right now.
knowing that this is exactly what we wanted to manifest and feeling so joyful overseeing that come to fruition. Feel those sprinkles of joy upon your heart. Let it lighten you. Let it relax you. Now I want you to imagine clearing everything away as if you're rolling out a giant white piece of paper
brushing away any remnants of emotion or thoughts or anything that just doesn't need to be here right now in this moment. And now look at this giant white piece of paper and I want you to imagine yourself drawing an image of one thing that you'd like to see for yourself, one thing that you'd like to manifest.
Draw that scene as colorfully or as simply as you like. Fill in all the pieces, all the details and see the scene come to life. Imagine yourself looking and living in exactly what you want. What are you doing? How does your body feel? How does your mind feel?
What kind of energy is in you at this moment, in this scene? What does the scene feel like? What does the environment around you feel like? What does it sound like? If there are foods you're eating or drinks you're drinking, what do they taste like? Allow your mind to paint this picture on the blank canvas in front of you. Connect with the emotion that's there.
And then bring your hands to your heart and repeat after me. It is mine. I am worthy. I am exactly who I need to be to live this dream, to live this scene. Now let your hands drop to your side. Take a final deep cleansing breath in and release the air out. Slowly open your eyes.
Come back here with me. I hope that that felt really good for you. I hope that that brought up all of the feelings and emotions of exactly what you are envisioning. And I hope that you can really hold that vision and continue practice meditating with that vision.
