The beginning of the week can oftentimes feel so overwhelming.  We're looking at our tasks for the week, we're thinking about activities, upcoming events...and taking steps towards all the big things we want to do!

And for me, overwhelm can easily mean becoming FROZEN. 

So, today's meditation will help you come back to center amidst the hurricane of overwhelm and gently focus on the next thing, the next thing, the next thing.
