Katie Kramitzos: 大家好,欢迎来到今天的冥想星期一。今天我比平时晚了一些开始,因为今天的冥想主题是如何在脱离日常习惯时回归中心。而我今天就处于脱离日常习惯的状态。 脱离日常习惯并感到焦虑和不安是正常的,冥想可以帮助我们重新找到内心的平静。 我今天早上很早就起床,想给自己留出几个小时的时间工作和写作,感觉非常好。但是孩子们醒来后,我立刻就投入到家务中,事情进展得并不顺利。我发现自己很快变得烦躁,因为我无法做自己想做的事情。我的脑子里充满了诸如“我还需要工作”、“我没有完成足够的事情”之类的想法,并且感觉自己没有像往常一样拥有正常的星期一可以做自己想做的事情。 结果我憋了一肚子气,对我的丈夫发了一点小脾气。虽然不算严重,但这股负面情绪明显地传递给了他,他立刻变得慌乱和沮丧。最后我出去开车,让自己冷静下来,这是我非常喜欢做的事情。回来之后,我意识到两点:第一,我们的情绪会影响他人,我们需要对自己的情绪负责;第二,我该如何让自己回归中心?有哪些有效的练习可以帮助我们回归中心? 实际上,我们内心的平静始终存在,只是我们需要去记住它。通过冥想练习,我们可以回归身心平静,重新找到内心的中心。日常习惯能带给我们稳定感和安全感,但真正的自我始终存在于我们内心。即使脱离日常安排,我们也能通过冥想找到内心的平静和中心。只需要一个小小的提醒,那就是你就是你的中心。

My kids are on Spring Break this week, and even though I’ve prepared for it, getting out of my usual routine can unravel me a little.

I can feel a bit irritable and far from center.
