Breathe out slowly, feeling the tension fade. Each exhale lightens the weight you've been carrying. Draw in a deep breath, filling the belly, creating more space and opening up inside.

And as you breathe out, allow the worry to melt away. All the cares of the day are released into the quiet night. Feel each breath calm and steady, like a gentle river flowing through you.
