Tips to Avoid Gaining Weight over the Holidays
Eating a healthy diet. Lots of fruit and veg, lean meats, and limiting the carbohydrates
Get a mineral test to look for imbalances
Start your day with no carbs
Have a plan for how you’ll deal with parties
Eat before you go to a party and ask if you can bring a dish
