In November 2007, Chris and Debra Hall were driving back to California from a family vacation in Mexico. With them, their children, Tyler and Divinia. When they were a few miles from the U.S. border, their truck was hijacked by a group of armed kidnappers and they were driven into the mountains outside Tijuana.
