Hello, my beautiful friends, and welcome back to another episode of the podcast. I'm excited to dive into today's podcast episode today. I actually don't really have a name in mind for it yet as I'm filming this. Obviously, by the time you're going to be listening to it, it's already going to have a name.

But today I basically just want to talk about different rituals that I do in my life that I've been doing recently that I think have shifted my reality. They've shifted my relationships, my relationship with others, with the universe, with myself, and just like my emotions, my happiness, my peace, my joy. Because I truly believe that when we make life and our actions a sacred ritual, there's so much more intention behind everything that we do.

And when we have intention behind everything that we do, we become better manifestors and we become better magnets for what it is that we desire. So I want to share with you guys just some different rituals that I've been loving lately that I've been doing in my life that have really set the stage and foundation for a happier, healthier, higher me that I think you guys will love.

And without further ado, let's dive into today's episode. Ritual number one, and this is something that I swear by and I know that if you start implementing this daily into your life...

your life will elevate and change for the better in every way possible is gratitude journaling. The universe loves grateful people. When we tap into the energy of gratitude every single morning, we completely change our frequency and our vibration.

Because no matter what you are going through in life, even if you are in the hardest rock bottom moment of your life, there is always, always, always something to be grateful for. And having this ritual of my life, like when I wake up, I have a notebook next to my bed and I journal at least three things that I'm grateful for. Sometimes I make a whole list. Sometimes I can only come up with a couple.

gratitude journaling is honestly one of the most powerful practices that I've ever known in my spiritual journey and I think it's one of the most basic ones that you need to start implementing into your life no matter where you are no matter what you're doing what phase of your life gratitude journaling is just powerful I honestly really recommend you

Getting a journal just dedicated to gratitude, having it on your nightstand next to your bed. So when you wake up, the first thing that you do is you grab that journal and you write down a couple things to be grateful for. When we are tapped into the energy of gratitude, we are in a high frequency. We're more open to receive, to notice life's blessings, life's gifts. Because honestly, think about it.

The human experience is all a miracle. I know we're taught and conditioned to think like this body and this life and this Mitsu and everything that's going on around us is normal. It's not normal at all. Like the fact that we are alive right now in this exact moment is a miracle. And when you start noticing God and source and this amazing energy within

everything that you do whatever you believe in but you notice this miracle energy and whatever action that you do through your gratitude your life expands for the better because you put your focus on where you do want to grow and that is on the things that you're grateful for ritual number two that has honestly shifted my life and I've only been doing this recently is practicing mindful eating so

I feel like so many of us, when we sit down and eat a meal, we actually forget that that is a blessing in itself. So we're scrolling on our phone, we're watching Netflix, we're answering emails. We're just so, so distracted from what it is that we're actually doing and that is actually fueling our body and giving our body the love and the nourishment and the energy that it needs to survive and to thrive.

So something that I've been doing in my life recently is practicing mindful eating, meaning that before I eat a meal, and this is not like from like a religious perspective now that you need to sit and like close your eyes and like say a whole prayer. But like, honestly, if you want to do that, go ahead. That's also amazing. But something that like I love to do is like right before I take the first bite of my meal, I just kind of look at the food. I don't even close my eyes and I just say thank you in my heart because I

Thank you. Like, thank you for the fact that I have a warm meal. Thank you for this food. Thank you for the fact that I get to eat and I have something on my table. And so I just think for a second, thank you that I get to eat this and I'm mindful about it. And then when I eat my meal, I'm present and I enjoy the food and I'm not here texting. I'm not answering emails.

I'm not constantly distracted. I'm being mindful about the fact that right now I'm getting the blessing to eat a nice meal. And so I need to be mindful about it and be present and enjoy my meal. Once you actually start mindfully eating, which is something that I've done recently in my life, like I've noticed so many shifts just...

I used to like use food as kind of a distraction of like, okay, I get to just eat like whatever. It's fine. I'm eating now so I can watch a show or I can answer emails or whatever. But now I see it as like the sacred thing of like, oh my God, I get to eat. I get to sit and nourish my body and that is freaking amazing. So I should be present in this moment. And honestly, you start noticing

Seeing like how present you are in your body when you start doing this And you actually start looking forward to your meals and looking forward for this time for yourself and to nourish your body So I really really recommend starting to implement this into your life. It's really really powerful Ritual number three and this is by far the most important ritual in my opinion So listen up is an energy cleansing ritual before I go to sleep and when I wake up So when I wake up

doesn't have to be like right away it could be like 10 minutes after I'm awake but I have a moment where I close my eyes and I invite my spirit guides I invite my angels my team of light the universe whatever you know you connect with I invite that energy into my sphere and I ask for a

bubble of white light of protection and I ask that my aura and my energy be cleared of any energies, any entities, anything that is less than love. I ask for it to be cleared right away. So I do this upon waking up because I like to start my day with like a clean slate with clean energy and

So I will honestly just close my eyes and I tell myself affirmations like I claim all my power back. May any energies that are less than love be released now. I'm open to only energies of the light and I ask that my aura be clean and cleansed now.

And this is also something that I do and practice right before going to bed, especially before going to bed because you've had all these interactions and all these conversations and all these situations. And it's so important to realize that a lot of time, like the things that we're feeling and the emotions and the thoughts that we're experiencing, sometimes they're not even our own, especially if you're someone that's very intuitive and empathetic, we tend to pick up energy a lot.

So it's really important before you go to bed to cleanse your energy, to clear your energy. You don't need to have sage or incense or palo santo, which are also amazing modalities to do and I love them too. But if you don't have access to those things and you just want to cleanse your energy, you just take a moment, you close your eyes, you invite your guides, your spirits to

your, the universe, whatever it is that you like to call or you like to believe in. We don't have any labels here. Personally, I like to say the universe because I think it's like an all-encompassing term. But you call that energy in and you ask to be cleansed. You ask for your aura and your own energy and your own body and your own soul to be cleansed. And honestly, you can even call your higher self. So sometimes when I'm meditating, I'll call in higher Kim, which is like the highest version of ourselves, our soul self.

I call that version of me to come into my sphere, to come into my energy and clear me, clear my energy, clear my aura so that I may be on a clean slate so that my energy is not carrying anything that is not my own. And I also claim my energy back in that moment. It's very, very important. It's very powerful, especially if you're someone that's on a spiritual path, which is everyone that listens to this podcast. You all need to start protecting and cleansing your energy. It's no joke. Ritual number four is love.

When you are getting ready to go out, to go to class, to go to work, to go meet a friend, to go to the grocery store, whatever it is, when you're getting ready to leave the house, before you step out of that door, I want you to have one signature song that you genuinely love, that when you listen to it, you feel like your highest self. And I want you to physically dance because I swear that if you dance before you leave the house, sing.

Something in your energy shifts and you just start walking a little different out in the world. And this is something that I've been implementing probably for the past six months in my life before I leave the house. I love to listen to any like fun Beyonce or even some Britney Spears. And, you know, I just get moving and grooving and I dance. And even if it's just like one minute, it puts me in such a good mood. It shifts my energy completely because the thing is emotions, we feel them through the body.

So when we want to feel happier, you know, fulfilling emotions, it's an amazing way to do that through dance because dance actually releases serotonin. So even if like you're not a dancer, I just know you're going to get addicted to this ritual because it's honestly so powerful. I can't do it.

Like I can't leave the house without doing it. It's like I would be forgetting my keys type of vibe. Like I have to dance before I leave the house. It's so powerful and you'll start seeing people complimenting your energy more, people being more magnetized towards you because when you do that before you leave the house, something about your energy shifts and you become a very high vibration. Another ritual that I've been loving to incorporate in my life lately is lighting candles in my house.

And let me explain why I do this. So beyond the fact that it smells really nice and all that, I really believe that when we light candle, we bring light into the home and we allow spirit in. And of course, I only invite like spirits of the highest vibration of love,

of the highest frequency but I feel that like when I enter my home and I light up a candle it shifts the energy in the room because I bring light into the room like natural light from the earth like fire so obviously like be careful about that when you're lighting candles in your house be safe be cognizant but I really think it's a powerful ritual to do in your home because you

it brings this sense of light into your space like I love to do it especially in like the two hours before I go to bed and I set my space and I journal and I meditate and I reflect back on my day it's nice to have a candle going it's just like a really basic thing you can start doing but you feel like there is a positive spirit entering your space when you do so

Another ritual that I think is great, but you guys might think is a little weird, but I swear it works. And it's like, I don't even know how to explain why it works, but it's really powerful is throughout your day. If you ever feel like you have like this negative thought or negative emotion, or you had a situation that you want to release and like this bad energy that you were in something that I've been doing lately. And I don't know if this is like science backed. I will have to look into it another time, but

But when I feel like overstimulated or I feel like there's too much energy or I feel sad or confused or just like all these thoughts racing, I literally pause and I start stomping my feet on the ground.

Like, I know I sound crazy saying this. I don't know why this works, but I swear, do it. Do it. You will feel a difference. You will feel like you just released something. It's like you kicked it to the curb. You're bringing it back down to the earth. It's really, really powerful. Something that I love to do. You can do from anywhere. You don't need anything for it. And if someone asks you, girl, why are you stomping the ground so much? Just be like, don't worry about it.

Don't worry about it. Last ritual that you guys know that I love. So if you haven't incorporated it into your life, you really should start. And that is hogger walks out in nature once a day, even for just 10, 15 minutes, going outside, breathing the fresh air, walking. You can have headphones in for a podcast, for music.

Or you can have a silent walk and make it meditative. I just think it's a really beautiful way to connect back to the present, to connect back to nature. We are all connected to nature. And so when we go outside and we make walking like the sacred ritual that, okay, for the next 20 minutes, we're just going to connect to ourselves, to our breath, to the moment. It really, really, really makes me feel so at peace. I really think that it supports our mental health during tough moments in our lives.
