What have you been up to? I feel like, okay, the thing about this podcast is I know that I'm talking to myself and if somebody were to watch me right now, they would just see me speaking into a mic completely alone in my room.
But essentially on an energetic level, like this is a conversation. Like you are on the other side. We are talking and I want this podcast to feel like a friendship, to feel like an easy, free-flowing, natural conversation. And so yeah, I just felt like I'm going to start asking you how you're doing. Like on a scale of 1 to 10 right now as you're listening, I don't know what time it is where you are, but how are you doing? What are you feeling like? This is just like a good way to start off the episode, to reflect on it,
to be a little introspective. Okay, enough now with the small talk. Let's get right into it. We're going to be diving deep today into a requested topic.
How to get unstuck. This is the how-to guide that you need to listen to to get yourself out of a funk, to get yourself back into alignment, and to get yourself out of that like stuck and stagnant energy. So if you feel like your life has been really mundane lately or you just feel like you've entered energetic stagnation, as if every day feels the same and you feel like you're not growing, even though you are growing from these experiences and moments,
but you feel like you're ready to up level and get out of this energy and back into your creative mode, back into alignment, as you would call it, then this episode is for you. So my first tip that I want to start off with is talking about the best way to get out of this stagnant energy is
And it's not by force. It's not by resistance. It's by surrender and self-acceptance. I think what a lot of us, what happens to a lot of us is, for example, when we reach burnout or we're being...
quotation marks lazy or unproductive, we tend to guilt trip ourselves and make ourselves feel worse. For example, if you weren't productive today, you straight off just label it as being lazy instead of asking yourself to go deeper and ask yourself, why am I experiencing this resistance to doing this task or doing this activity?
So I think the best way to get out of that stagnant energy is to first ask yourself to do some self-reflection and self-awareness. You're not going to be able to get yourself out of a funk from a place of guilt or shame or fear because you need to raise your energy back up. You need to raise your vibration. And the best way to do that is in order to reach peak experiences and frequencies of joy and happiness and love, you first need to go through like the frequency chart. And we've talked about the
frequency chart in the podcast in past episodes. But if you are operating from a place of guilt or stagnation or lack, you first need to go back up to awareness and acceptance. And so the best way to move through the energy of stagnation and getting unstuck is first accepting the fact that you are stuck.
It's accepting the fact that maybe you feel lost right now, that you may feel unfulfilled right now. It's surrendering to that feeling, to that emotion, to that experience because you realize that you can't do anything about it in that exact moment. And when you surrender, you're basically telling the universe, okay, I'm ready to move past this. I don't need to know the how of how I'm doing this.
I trust the universe. I put my trust in the universe to guide me to the how to coming back into alignment, back into the right direction. But I'm ready and I'm choosing to move forward and pass this experience. So this would be my first tip is to first work on getting yourself into a place of self-acceptance.
And the best way to do that is just surrendering to your experience. It's not resisting it because the thing is every time you're resisting a situation and experience and emotion, you are blocking that energy and you don't want to be in a place of resistance ever to life.
Because what happens when you are resisting everything in life, you're not living in the present and you're going against the flow. And that's hindering you from experiencing so much magic and so many new possibilities that maybe you weren't able to see before. Because when you're in a place of resistance, it's kind of like you're blind. It's like you have glasses on, but you're not seeing clearly. Like you have lenses that are just like black.
So you're just seeing things from one perspective, from one point of view, and it's usually from a resistant point of view. You're resisting everything that's happening to you. You're believing and coming into this victim mindset to believe that everything is happening to you instead of for you. But what happens when you step into that place of self-awareness and self-acceptance is you move out of the resistance and you move into surrender. And being in a surrender state is one of the most
powerful places to be in in life. And let me tell you why. It's because you are telling the universe, I trust you so much that I know that you're going to give me, deliver me, guide me into the best possible scenario for my highest good. So you're letting go of the how, but you're trusting in the now and what is actually meant for you. So you're not trying to control how things are going to unfold or how things are actually meant for you, but you're trusting that whatever is actually meant for you will come into fruition in your life in the best possible
form and shape. So that's my first tip is getting yourself into that place of acceptance and surrender. Acceptance of the fact that maybe you don't have it all figured out. Acceptance that maybe you're not feeling so fulfilled in this moment and acceptance the fact that maybe you are feeling stuck right now and stagnant and that's okay because that means that there is so much potential and there's only going up from here to get out of this stagnation. So the second step, this podcast episode is going to cover a three-step guide to getting unstuck.
But this is the second step. Once you got yourself into that place of acceptance,
Now you are in a place and you are ready to set new intentions. So envisioning what your life you want it to look like, envisioning how you want to feel every single day, envisioning how your perfect unstuck life would feel like, how fulfilled you would feel, what would you be doing every day and really seeing it clearly because the more specific and detailed you are, the more you have a vision, the more you can program your subconscious mind to work towards achieving and attracting that vision into your life.
So really get specific. Set some intentions for yourself. How do you want to feel each morning? What do you want to call into your life? So often we focus so much on what we don't want.
how we don't want to feel, who we don't want to be with, what we don't want to do, that what happens when you're focusing all your energy on what you don't want, on the no, on the negatively connotated things, you're just going to be attracting more of those people, those experiences, those feelings because you're putting all your energy into that place.
But you know what will happen when you flip the switch and you start focusing on what you do want, on what you do want to say yes to, on how you do want to feel, on what you do want to experience, on what you do love, on what you are grateful for, then you're going to attract more of those experiences and people and feelings into your life. That is how the confirmation bias works in psychology, the law of attraction, the law of assumption. When you believe and you focus all your energy on what you do want to see and you start saying yes to life.
Start focusing on what you do want to see in your life, how you do want to feel, what you love. Even if it's just like the smallest, most mundane, simple things, those carry an energetic blueprint. And so if you focus on those small things that bring you joy every day, that you do want to see in your life, that you do want to experience,
that energy expands. What you focus on expands. So if you take your energy and put it towards the positively connotated things that you want to see in your life, that's going to grow. It's like you take a flower and if you don't water the flower and you put dirt on the flower instead of watering it every day, what's going to happen to the flower? The flower is going to die. But if you tend to the flower and nourish the flower and water it every day and give it sunlight and give it love, it's going to bloom. It's going to flourish. It's going to turn into a
whole bunch of flowers how amazing is that so I know this is kind of a weird funny analogy but I want you to imagine yourself as this little flower you're just the seed ready to bloom and you have a choice how you're gonna nourish yourself how you're gonna allow yourself to flourish and bloom are you gonna put yourself down are you gonna feed yourself negative things and dirt and lack or
Or are you going to allow yourself to grow and flourish by showing yourself more love and acceptance and compassion, even through the challenging times? Because those are the times, the challenging times, the obstacles. Those are the times that you need to use all the tools that you know about the universe, about
about spirituality and you need to show up extra during those times. You need to stick to your meditation or whatever you like to do every morning. You need to stick to your spiritual practice, to your beliefs, to working on yourself because those are the times you need the most. And what happens is when we're super happy and joyous, we tend to forget to tend to our needs sometimes because everything is good.
But life is a cycle, so sometimes things will feel great and sometimes things will be difficult and we'll be experiencing a lesson or something that we need to get through. And that's totally valid, but those are the times for you to alchemize your pain into power and to use everything you know and really apply it because it's easy to be spiritual and believe in the universe and apply all those things when everything is going great.
But moments when you feel stuck and stagnant, those are the tests. And I'm not saying tests as if the universe tests you because you guys know that I don't believe in that philosophy. I believe the universe sends us opportunities for growth and lessons and
But you guys know what I mean. Like when you are feeling stuck and stagnant, those are the best times to tune back into your heart, back into your spiritual practice, back into your connection in the universe and really surrender and really trust and really, you know, tap back into your guidance and inner wisdom. The moments that you feel stuck in life and stagnant and confused and lost, those are
Those are your greatest opportunities for growth. And I'm telling you this because I have been in that place too. I know what it feels like. And I'm telling you that those, I know it doesn't seem like it right now. I know it seems confusing and you feel so lost and stuck, but I can promise you that this feeling is temporary. It's not permanent. And just like in life, you're going to rise up from this and you're going to look back in hindsight and you're going to think, wow,
wow like i have grown so much from that experience i have tapped into so much more wisdom and inner guidance i've learned so much i've changed as a person and you will have so much gratitude for those difficult obstacles and hard times because they made you who you are and they made your soul stronger and they awakened something within you that allowed you to turn this pain into power whoever is listening to this i
I am so proud of you. I'm so proud of how far you've come. And this is honestly something that I need to hear too. And I'm telling this to myself as I'm doing this with you. But I want you to take a moment and just be proud of yourself. Like look back at how much you have grown and how much you have accomplished and how much you have evolved as a person and as a soul having a human experience. Like
That is so amazing. And if nobody has told you that today, let me be the one to tell you that I'm proud of you. And I want to invite you to do this to yourself too, to maybe pause this episode for a moment and just put your hand over your heart and tell yourself, say your name and say,
Kim, I am proud of you. Don't say Kim, say your actual name, but say like you are proud of yourself. Be proud of yourself. It's so important because when you're proud of yourself, you are in such a beautiful energy that allows you to grow and flourish and prosper even more than you already have. So I really hope that that was something that you needed to hear because I felt an intuitive pull to tell you that in this moment. But the last step that
will help you get unstuck that has helped me that I've written down is once you went through the process of self-acceptance and once you started setting new intentions is actually acting on those intentions and taking inspired action. Nobody is going to do it for you. Nobody is going to take the action for you. Nobody is going to try and make you feel joy. Nobody is going to change your life. You're the only person that can do that. You're the only person who has to wake up in your body every day to go to sleep every day to be inside your mind every day
You are in charge of your life. You are the creator of your life. And this is in your hands. So I can give you so much advice. I can give you tons of advice, talk for hours, but this is up to you to change your life. I can only share as much of my experience and guidance with you, but you are in charge of taking that inspired action and claiming back your own power.
And so when I say taking inspired action is once you have that vision of how you want your life to be, you need to start actually acting like that person. You need to start establishing the new habits that you see yourself having. You need to, you know, start thinking differently. And maybe that will take time and that takes rewiring the brain and the subconscious mind and working with affirmations and EFT and meditation. But how...
with the person that is unstuck, that version of you that is feeling fulfilled, that is living your dream life, how would they feel? How would they go about their day? And once you have that vision and you have those intentions, you need to start acting like it. You need to start faking it till you make it. And it goes with baby steps. It's not something that you do overnight, but it's about making that conscious choice.
and really deliberately working on taking that inspired action. So for example, if you see your future version of yourself, the one that's super fulfilled, they wake up early every day, they have their dream job, they go to the gym, they work out, they meditate. Okay, maybe you don't have your dream job yet. Maybe you're unemployed right now. Maybe you don't have all the components of your dream life.
But there are still some actions you can take to tap into the energy of your higher self So if that higher self wakes up early every morning to go to the work They love you start waking up every single morning and do something that you love to tap into that energy Because when you are tapped into this energy you nothing can stand in your way and you're also putting this really amazing frequency out into the universe that is saying if
finally, like I'm ready to change my life. I'm ready to step forth. I'm ready to claim back my power and I'm ready to see tangible physical change in my reality. And that's how you move through the energy of feeling stuck and stagnant to feeling embodied and powerful again.
