Hello my friends and welcome back to the pod. I want to start off this episode by saying that we have a new mic guys. I finally got a new microphone and I don't even know if the sound quality sounds different to you but to me it does and it's making me really happy and also I just want to preface this by saying I am so jet lagged right now. It is super early in the morning as I'm filming this but I woke up super jet lagged from my travels because I just got back yesterday and I'm so excited to be back.

And I was just like, I'm going to film a podcast episode right now because I have the time and I'm wide awake for some reason. So I am really excited to dive in today's episode. And before I start, I just want to remind you guys that when this episode comes out, it's going to be March 24th on a Friday. And yeah, I'm so excited. Let's dive into the episode. So as you guys know, a few weeks ago, I asked you over on my Instagram story, if you're not following my Instagram or my TikTok, what are you doing? Because also I've noticed that a lot of you guys like just find my podcast or

randomly like you guys just find it randomly on Spotify and it's weird because I used to think that most of you guys who listen to the pod come over from my TikTok but some of you guys have been messaging me on Instagram and are like I found your podcast on Spotify and so I don't know if you're listening and you came over from my TikTok or from my Instagram or from Spotify or even from my Pinterest like I don't know

where you guys are coming from Spotify like doesn't show me but anyways if you follow my Instagram you know that I asked you guys to send me some questions for the podcast and that I would be answering them in like a Q&A episode that I'm doing today and so if you ever like I'm gonna try and do these episodes more often so if you guys want to send in your own questions and you didn't know that I do this just head over to my Instagram because I'll usually post it on my story and you guys can submit questions and

And so this is what we're going to be doing today. Basically, just I'm picking my favorite questions that I feel like I can best answer. And we're going to be doing like a little advice circle, just like I did last time. So the first question that I picked is how to keep social and alone time balanced.

And I think this is a good, really good question actually because this is something that I have had to learn recently over the years and like in the recent like year that is like a lesson that I've had to learn is like how to honor my boundaries and my inner peace but also like how to not come from a place of self-isolation and how to like be social and be out there and get over this fear of being seen and hiding and

And I think my best piece of advice to finding balance is to always ask yourself if the people that you are spending your time with are bringing out the highest version of you. I have to say that being social does not mean draining. Like, I feel like a lot of us, especially who are like introverts or spiritual and you're sensitive to energy or you're very empathetic,

you sometimes and this used to be me for a long time like I associated social time with eventually me being drained because there was moments in my life where I would surround myself with low vibe people or people that just like didn't bring out the best in me and so after I would hang out with them or after I would go to a party or after I would do something I would just feel so drained like my social battery would be dead and

but I've realized over the years when I started making like truer soul friendships that were really aligned with who I want to be I realized that like social time with the right people is actually going to charge your battery not drain it and so now when I'm around some of my best friends that I am so happy to be around I feel like they're charging me positively like they're showing me love and they're showing me abundance and they're showing me joy and they're making me laugh and that's like

positively charging me. And so I think really important is to ask yourself, who are you surrounding yourself with? And are they adding something positive to your life? Whether it's a friend, a partner, anyone in your life, like a mentor that you're around, those people need to be adding and bringing something positive into your life. And if they are only taking something away from you, you will only come out of those situations feeling unbalanced, ungrounded, and drained.

And I know some of us, regardless of this, like even if we're spending time with people that bring out the best in us and we truly love them, sometimes we just feel drained, especially as a woman when we're on different parts of our cycle. We're going to, our social battery is going to differ. The way we feel and respond to people is going to differ. Like I'm going to be a lot more social when I'm ovulating than versus when I'm on my period. Like when I'm on my period, I'm in hibernation. I don't want to talk to anyone.

you know so it makes sense and I think the best way to balance it is have practices and rituals that you know bring out the best in you and balance your energy so for example if you know that like you have to see people even though you're not feeling up for it but like that's the circumstances in the moment like that's where you're at you're gonna have to go to work you're gonna have to interact with people whatever

find ways to make that ritual and that experience more balanced for you. So whether that is like doing an energy protection meditation, which by the way, like I have a guided one, I'll link it in the pod episode notes, but you can also get it off of my stand store. You can download it on there. But whether like it's doing a guided meditation or just like choosing to like feel good in yourself wherever you are, or maybe like...

inviting your spirit guides like I don't know whatever works for you but having that set of like practices that you know can come out into play that you know will ground you like even having like a bracelet on or like a crystal with you so that you tell yourself like whenever you touch that bracelet or you touch that ring or you touch that crystal you're grounding yourself and rooting into your energy that is such a powerful thing that you can do for yourself

second question that I got is how can I learn to use my intuition and where can I feel it in my body? usually for me, I feel my intuition either in my heart or like my solar plexus gut area

And I think the best way to tap into your intuition is to ask yourself how you feel in that moment. Because I think a lot of us, there's a big difference between intuition and anxiety. Anxiety is rooted in fear and it's usually a fear about the future. And intuition will be just like this message or this feeling that you have that is more neutral that will serve your highest good. Like intuition is meant to serve you and you must start listening to it.

Even if like you're a little confused, if something is telling you in your gut that like that is what's right for you or that's what works for you, don't ignore it because it is what's right for you. Energy never lies and intuition is meant to serve you. Like it's something that is, it's a gift. It's like...

something that you have within you, like this inner guidance that no one can take away from you. And that is such a gift. And when you start, it's like a muscle. So at first, you're not going to really feel it and you're not going to be able to differentiate that much. But when you just start honoring those little sparks of gut feelings,

feelings, the intuition starts getting bigger and stronger. And so the more that you honor those little moments that you have, like, oh, maybe I meant to go there. Maybe this isn't right for me. Maybe this doesn't feel aligned. Maybe I want to start this business, da da da. Like those little moments of intuition that come up in your head and in your heart, when you start honoring them, you will start feeling them more and then you'll know how to differentiate that feeling from anxiety. But it starts by honoring it first and also not being afraid.

Intuition is never directed and correlated with fear ever ever ever ever if you are ever in a place of fear That is anxiety and stress. It is not intuition intuition is something that is stemmed from a higher vibration It is from your heart. It is from your soul It's from your higher self and it is a sense of guidance that will feel very neutral and a very warm energy it's not going to feel like fear, but

When you start ignoring your intuition, you will start developing anxiety that will then manifest like a fear. But that's not your actual intuition. It's like your anxiety developing from you ignoring your intuition, which is why I really, really want to like tell you if you have some gut feeling, if you have some little nudge within you, even if like...

you're confused about it, just try to get curious about it and try to honor it because that intuition will only get stronger as long as you do not listen to it. When you ignore your intuition, if something is meant to guide you, the universe will make it stronger and more powerful until you can no longer ignore it. That's why sometimes we get anxious because it's like you can't ignore your intuition when you're all anxious and stressed.

because it's coming up all the time. Also something that I really believe in is that your higher self is always with you and no matter where you are if you can like close your eyes and just take a deep breath in for just a couple of minutes you will be able to tap into that inner wisdom and to that

power into that higher self because all the answers that you need are truly within you, all of them. And in that sense, I'm saying like sometimes when you're in a stressful state and you're overthinking or you're trying to control and resist the situation, you're not seeing the reality for all it is. You're just seeing it from a very skewed perspective. But when you tap into yourself and back into your heart, you're going to start seeing the reality for what it is and solutions and answers will start to arise and exude into your reality.

And so something that I like to do to tap into my intuition, if I'm feeling confused about it or stressed about a situation is I will literally close my eyes wherever I am. Or if I'm like in a very public space, I won't close my eyes, but I'll like put my hands together in like a mudra position and

I'll literally start like telling myself in my head like I'm connecting to my higher self My solutions and answers are coming within me and I will then ask the question and I will see What thoughts come up and I will see what feelings and emotions come up Because usually things will arise in those moments when you take a moment to breathe and connect to your inner peace and your inner ease and

something will come up, some solution, some answer, some guidance, some clarity. It will come up because you are connecting back into you, into your source. Okay, third question that I got is, what's your favorite song that puts you in a good mood? I love this question and I have an answer. First of all, I have two answers for this. My favorite song of all time that always, no matter what happens in my life, will put me in a good mood is I Will Survive.

And you guys know that song. It's like so famous, but it's like, at first I was afraid I was petrified. And yeah, I'm not going to sing the rest because I'm not a singer and I'm not about to embarrass myself like that on the podcast. But it is the best song. It puts you in the best mood. It taps you into your inner power. Like genuinely, it is so powerful. And now that I'm thinking about it, another song that this isn't like my favorite song, but it's a good song to tap into your power and in a good mood is

Unstoppable by Sia. It's like, I'm unstoppable. I'm a Porsche with no... I don't remember the word. I'm a Porsche with no brakes. Is it brakes? I don't know. Anyways, that's another like really good, powerful, bad B, dark feminine energy song. But if you want just like good mood for like manifestation and just like your higher self energy, I have like a more calming playlist called

That is called manifestation magnet on my Spotify and I believe that it is linked in my stand site So if you go on my stand store, you can like see the playlist it's free obviously and you can just click on it and Listen to that music with me because it puts me in such a good mood. Okay, I'm gonna do two more questions So the second to last question is what's an easy daily manifestation technique that I can incorporate into my life? Okay

That's super interesting question because I think at the end of the day, it really depends on the person. Like some people like to manifest through meditation and visualizations. Other people like to journal and, you know, create vision boards and things like that.

I think for me, like something really easy that you can start to incorporate into your life is gratitude journaling, but in the future tense. I'm currently reading a book called Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza. And he talks a lot about like the subconscious mind and the quantum field and how you can manifest infinite possibilities for yourself.

And he was talking about how the best manifestation technique for manifesting a possibility from the quantum field and doing that quantum leap is by practicing gratitude, not for the things that you already have, but the things that you want to call into your life because

because I think we're always conditioned like from a young age, like be grateful, be thankful for the things that we already have physically. Like, thank you for my family. Thank you for my house. Thank you for my health. And of course it is so important to be grateful for where you are now. And that is something that I practice every single day.

But a manifestation technique that you can start doing in order to call in what you want is tapping into the vibration of gratitude through the manifestation because gratitude is the highest vibration and the highest frequency. And so if you started every day writing in your manifestation journal, whatever it is that you want, that you are grateful for it as if it has already happened.

Like let's say you want that dream job. I'm so grateful to be working in my dream job as a da-da-da, making this much money. I love my job. I am so connected to my purpose. Or let's say you really want to be in a relationship and you want to call in your future partner. Then you start writing in your journal every single day. I am so grateful to be in the most loving relationship with my boyfriend slash girlfriend. I am so happy this person is these qualities. I'm so grateful, da-da-da.

And tapping into the energy of gratitude, like this is something that I love to do every single morning, even for just five minutes, a couple affirmations and sentences. It is life changing. Okay, last question is a really good juicy one that I want to make a whole podcast episode on, but I'm going to like cover it a little bit in this episode. And it's, I just got ghosted. What do I do?

Good question. I'm so happy that whoever sent that asked this because this is something that I've wanted to talk about and I think I've mentioned it a lot on my TikTok, like how to deal with being ghosted and things like that. But I'm going to tell you straight off the bat that anybody who ghosts you is so not in your energy and so not aligned with who you want to be that they're

Think the fucking universe that they did this to you, that they walked out of your life so that they didn't even give you the possibility to be with them. Because somebody who ghosts you is somebody who is emotionally immature, who does not communicate, and is also somebody who doesn't respect nor value you.

because right people who value and respect you will answer you. They will respond to you. They will hold space for you. And anybody who ignores you is just not the right person for you. And I know that's a hard thing to hear, especially if you really like this person.

they did you a massive favor and I find that a lot of time when we get ghosted it's like an ego hit we get really offended and we take it very personally but you have to realize that people ghost you for the most part it has nothing to do with you and also I have to say that like if somebody ghosted you you should not do anything don't text them don't talk shit on them don't stalk their Instagram don't text them and be like oh my god

Like, why did you ghost me? Like, did I do anything wrong? Like, I have done stuff like that. Can you guys believe that? That, like, past Kim has... I have literally, I remember messaging this guy who ghosted me. And I was like, hey, like, I don't know, like, what's been going on?

but I just wanted to see like if I did anything wrong because like you're not responding to me like how embarrassing and desperate is that like I can still cannot believe that like a past version of me did that but guys you see that I have made those mistakes for you to learn from so that you do not make them because how

How much do you value yourself to put yourself first and say, okay, this person literally does not respect me. They do not value me. They do not care about me. So I'm going to give them zero of my energy and zero of my time. When you care and you give those people your energy, you are giving your power away and you are allowing them to dictate the way that you feel about yourself.

and nobody should have power like that over you. Nobody. When somebody ghosts you, they are just telling you exactly how they feel about you. And I know that's kind of a harsh thing to hear because maybe this is telling you that like they don't like you or they're not into you, but that doesn't say anything about you. It doesn't say anything about your value. And if you're somebody who's like hurt by that, go listen to the episode that came out right before this one, how to appear confident to others. Because I talked a lot about like

the spirituality and psychology behind having inner confidence and inner self-love and I think that episode is really going to empower you but at the end of the day if somebody goes to you like that was their choice and now the choice in the ball is in your court how are you going to respond to it are you going to sit and sulk and be sad and let that random person have power over you or are you going to focus and tend all your energy back into you you're going to level up but

because that is what you're going to do, my friend. I am telling you that is what you need to do. You need to level up so high and use this as fuel and motivation. And anybody like that who didn't appreciate you then rise up so high that they can't even reach you. And they will come back. Like people always come back. I'm telling you, every guy that has ghosted me has come back because I just literally stopped caring about them. I genuinely, if you ghost me, I will not take one minute to think about you in my day. Like,

I just will forget and erase you from my memory because that means that you have no respect for me, no value for me. And I have no time nor energy to pour into people like that. And so those people always come back like the ghosts rise from the dead. But you shouldn't move on hoping that the ghosts will rise from the dead because they have done you a favor and they have shown you how they feel about you.

And just because you suddenly change and you suddenly love yourself and then they come back and turn around does not mean that they deserve access to you. And so you need to genuinely move on. You need to remind yourself of who you are, of your value, of your worth, of your self-love, of all the good qualities that you possess. And you need to run with it and you need to pour your energy back into you and stop giving people like that power.

Those people are below you. People who ghost and people who ignore and people who do not communicate, they are not right for you. And your soul knows that. And that's why it didn't work out with that person because deep inside in your higher self and the universe, they know and you know that there's somebody out there for you that is so much better, that's so much more of a match and you genuinely deserve more. And so start activating

like it and you will see that the universe will start reflecting that energy to you. But if you act sad and desperate and resentful, you will keep attracting people like that. So use this as like your wake up point, your trigger point to change something within, to change the pattern and to start loving yourself even more deeply, regardless of how anybody else does things to you. If anybody else likes you, that's not what confidence is. Confidence isn't they will like me. It's I will be okay if they don't.
