Marilyn Bakun。 I love learning about my body. One of my wildest dreams after graduation is to work as a Feldenkrais Coach. In this episode I invited my own Feldenkrais teacher in new york, Marilyn Bakun, to share with me her journey of becoming a Feldenkrais practitioner at the age of 55 and, along the way, keeping the curiosity and learning to trust oneself.
