Hello and welcome to Almost 30 Podcast. My name is Krista Williams and I'm your host today. I'm so glad that you're here. Truly, madly, deeply. If you've been with us

Since 2016, welcome back. If you're newer, welcome. I actually do this podcast normally with my best friend who lives in Brooklyn. I live in Los Angeles, and we've been doing this for quite some time. We started the podcast on our closet floors. We didn't know it would turn into anything, but we committed to the path. We committed to the unknown. We're going to talk about how we got started.

we committed to the growth and we grew it into something that we're so proud of a community all over the world of spiritual seekers of people that are choosing their growth are people that are feel like sometimes they're a little different and maybe different than where they came from or have different dreams and goals and ambitions. People that want to find purpose in their life, people that are,

into wellness, into personal growth and development, want to learn about relationships, all that kind of stuff. So that's your jam. Welcome. Grateful to be your guide for this conversation. At almost 32, we also have a book coming out this year.

Our book is coming out, our very first book in June, and I'm so excited about it. And you guys, the way that I had to earn my excitement is so real. You know, I have come up against so many limiting beliefs in this space around writing a book and publishing a book and

We've done a lot in our careers. We've been on world tours and done retreats, and we've been in Times Square billboards and all that kind of stuff. But nothing really feels quite like writing a book and putting yourself out there in a real and major way. But every time I read it, I'm so blown away at how real and honest and authentic Lindsay and I were and how much we committed to really putting ourselves out there and really sharing the information and the truth and

that we wish we would have had during our growth and development journey. And really during our transition from our twenties to our thirties, you know, there's no guidebook for adulting. There's no guidebook for consciousness. There's no guidebook for going through one of the most pivotal and transformative periods in your life. And this book is that written in the voice of a best friend of someone that deeply loves you and cares for you and someone that's been through it

This book, it will change your life. And it's called Almost 30. You can go to almost30.com slash book and you can pre-order it today. You'll get a bunch of really cool pre-order incentives, of course. And then you'll get the book on June 3rd, which is a very magical astrological day. Don't ask me what's going on, but our astrologers told us it was. So we said, yes, that is when we will publish this book. So I'm really excited about that.

Almost30.com for everything else. And we have 700 plus episodes. So once you're done with this, just cruise on over to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, wherever you listen and dig into it.

But today we have a conversation with yours truly, Krista, and I'm going to be deep diving on a solo episode. So at Almost 30, we do conversations with spiritual teachers, leaders, some of the best in the world in our space. And then we also do solo episodes, whether it's a conversation between Lindsay and I about the seasons that we're in, the challenges that we're going through, or popular topics that we want to dig into, or if it's things that we want to share about vulnerably, authentically from our heart, we like to come in

to you live with our solo episodes. So today on this beautiful day in Los Angeles in my new home, I was really percolating and just feeling like I wanted to sit down with you guys and talk about

life and talk about the transitions and changes that you probably are going through and experiencing during this time here on earth. And this is going to be no notes, just fully ripped, fully channeled conversation between the both of us, because I've been coming up to a lot of conversations with my clients or the women that I work with who are feeling almost on the verge of a spiritual psychosis and a spiritual, um,

experience where they're feeling more lost than ever. And they're feeling like there's something on the other side that they know is there, but they don't know how to reach it. And they want to get to somewhere. They don't know where that destination is, but they're having to leave their old identity behind. They're having to leave their old life behind. And it's a very scary experience.

So for most of us, when we create a life that we love and we really step into the unknown as part of the hero's journey, we have to really take those bold steps to choose our life and our path over any fear that we have. It's the faith over fear concept. And so many of you right now might be having this experience of knowing that your old life isn't working, maybe knowing that your old relationships aren't working, and maybe feeling like things are not as you wanted them to be.

Maybe you're burnt out. Maybe you're depressed. Maybe you're anxious. Maybe you just see everyone else's lives on social media and say, why doesn't my life look like that? There could be a lot of things happening, but I know that feeling so deeply of wanting to find purpose and wanting to be a person that I was proud of and wanting to be someone that deeply loved my life and knowing that I was meant for more.

you might know that feeling where you know you are meant for more and you might not know what that is. And so hugging you, looking you in the eyes, putting my hands on your shoulders, just being with you and that feeling, you know, in the journey to becoming almost 30 and in our twenties, when I met Lindsay, I was unwell at how badly I wanted to find purpose.

A lot of the book, Almost 30, was written because I had such a painful experience in my 20s. I think there was really beautiful moments and I had some beautiful experiences, of course, but for some reason, our amazing brains and the negativity bias likes to really remember, double-click on, and prioritize the pain that I went through in my 20s to find purpose.

in the journey of becoming almost 30. It's really important, actually. It's like a huge spiritual initiation period time. You're going through your Saturn return, which is one of the most astrologically important periods in your life. You only have a few Saturn returns ever. And

And then you're also having this experience where your prefrontal cortex is coming online. So in my 20s, when my prefrontal cortex is coming online for the first time, which allows me to consciously process my life and my experiences, and then I'm also going through the Saturn return, I was like, who am I? What am I doing? And why am I here?

I'm so grateful for my soul and its drive and desire. But let me tell you, honey, there have been so many times in my life where my soul has just driven me through the dirt, baby. It's been like, you know what? We know we're made for more and we are going to go through it in this lifetime to get from point A to point B to point C.

For anyone's listening who knows that they are made for more and feels like they're one of the chosen ones on this path in life and feels like they want to do something different and they want to live differently, I am just honoring you so deeply.

There are very special people on this planet right now. There are very special souls on this planet right now that have been through a lot and are really here to make changes and bring heaven on earth. I'm a huge fan of heaven on earth. I'm a huge fan of really living in integrity with ourselves, with the planet and one another. And a lot of that is going to be happening now across the next couple of years. And the people that are choosing to go out into the unknown right now, which could be you,

are the people that are going to be leading the way for humanity.

I'm going to get really out there and really woo-woo and really motivational, really inspirational. I'm going to be weaving some things all over this conversation, but it just feels so deeply important to me that you all know it is okay to be in the unknown. And it is okay to feel like you've been pulled into the abyss. And it is okay to feel like you might be having a spiritual psychosis or you might be having this really deep transformative experience and you don't know what is on the other side.

The best things that have ever happened to me in my life have been because my soul was leading me to better. And I didn't know where I was going, but I could trust and follow the insight and intuition. As an example, when I moved to Los Angeles, I wanted to be a blogger, you know, whatever you guys don't make fun of me, wanted to be a blogger full time and do some other things. And I

quit my job, failed, had to work like five jobs. And, but I was like, I'm going to keep following. I'm going to keep trying. I'm going to keep going. I'm going to keep learning. I don't know where I'm going, but I know it's beautiful. I don't know where I'm going, but I know it's beautiful.

And in following that unknown of wanting to be a blogger, of moving to Los Angeles, of trying to become a SoulCycle instructor, I was led to Lindsay. And Lindsay, who is my business partner, best friend, podcast co-host, is a soulmate of mine. All of those weird winding roads led me to her, which was eventually the relationship that transformed my life the most. And all of the dead-end paths that led to the...

path that's taken me the furthest have been essential. SoulCycle was a dead-end path. Blogging was a dead-end path. Other jobs that I tried along the way were kind of dead-end paths. And when I say dead-end, it doesn't mean that they weren't worthwhile or important or valuable, but they didn't take me to where I am now or they aren't the path that I'm on now. And sometimes we need to be taking these roads that lead us nowhere to get to the places that we want to go.

And when we can look at our lives from a soul perspective and see that we have this beautiful human that is living this experience here on earth, doing her best, trying to figure things out, just like making the best decisions that she can, living in the most alignment that she can, we can really have grace and just love and adoration for ourselves on this path and in this journey. I think where it gets a little bit tricky with a lot of this conversation is that

What we want to be driving us forward in life and moving us along the path is our soul, is our capital S self from an IFS parts perspective.

And the voice of our soul is different than the voice of a part. We want to be self-led, not parts-led. We want to be soul-led, not ego-led. We want to be faith-led, not fear-led. We want this to be something that drives us forward to our abundance, to our expression, to our freedom, and not further along to prisons, to identities, and to labels. And so for so many of us, what's happening right now on the planet and in your life and in your soul is this agitation, right?

And the agitation really is the experience right now of your soul wanting to express, to do and be so much more than what you are. And it makes me a little emotional thinking about it because I just wish you guys knew all that you were capable of and all that you were made for and all that you were holding within yourself. And that the ego and the fear that is keeping you from that expression is really the work. So...

We can have grand visions for our lives and the way that we express, and those can be our ego or those can be our soul. You know, that's really the question that you have to ask yourself and I have to often ask myself. But what I do know is that there is an experience of peace that we always want to move towards. So when we think about the agitation of our souls right now that a lot of you are having where you know you're made for more and you want to step forward to that life that is experiencing more,

whether it's abundance, love, relationships, money, whatever, followers. We have to see and check in where the ego is keeping us stagnant and stuck, telling us stories, making us feel like we're not enough, and where the soul is going to continue to pull us. And the more we can release and work with the inner critic and work with the voice within us that's stopping us or dragging its feet or causing friction with the soul,

the more we can surrender into the truth, the more that we can surrender into the trust, the quicker you will get where you need to go and the more pleasant the experience of getting there. The more I have surrendered my life over, the more that I have let go, the more that I have trusted, the better my life has become. And that has been both in the 3D matrix life and that is in both the rich internal life that I experience with myself every single day.

I was taking my supplement lineup the other night and my husband's like, wait, what is that you're taking? And it was my advanced magnesium by JS Health Vitamins. He actually just got on magnesium tip from one of his friends. And he's like, wait, can I take that? And I was like, yes, you absolutely can. This is my favorite magnesium supplement.

Wow.

but truly, truly powerful. These are given at really therapeutic doses. So carefully designed to support muscle relaxation and recovery, energy production, and nervous system function. Most people are deficient in magnesium. So this is a big one. I would say it's like my number one supplement. So I always turn to JS Health for that. But JS Health vitamins are

They just stand out from the crowd, and it is a crowd out there, the supplement industry. But they are an innovative wellness brand, and they are renowned around the world for their transformational science-backed supplements. They truly, truly deliver. Jess Seppel, the founder, has been on the show many times. Check out those episodes. They're so...

so interesting and I just love what they're doing. So check out all of their products. My favorite is the Advanced Magnesium Plus. I also love their fish oil, but you can get a discount per usual. Okay, a good book is great, but what if you had like an endless library of delicious romance at your fingertips? You know what I mean? I am getting into fiction books and Galatea has just made reading so much fun. I am being swept away every single night when I dig into my books. I literally have had moments of like heart pounding. I've had moments of like, ooh, I'm kind of feeling something in my heart. Yeah.

I can't stop thinking about these stories. It's so much fun. It's so much fun to kind of get lost in a fiction story. And Galatea is incredible. It's a reading app where anyone craving a little, you know, me time can dive into a library of romance stories that leave you feeling recharged and fulfilled.

There are over 1,000 bestsellers to choose from, from Shifter Romance to Bad Boy Billionaires to Forbidden Love to Werewolf Alphas, Slow Burn Fantasy. Wow. Teen drama and much, much more. They have original series and standalone stories. I think you are going to be blown away. Over 30 million people have fallen in love with reading on Galatea, so join now to indulge in stories that make you feel like yourself again. You know what I mean? Right?

Right now, Galatea is offering our listeners an extra 25% off on top of an already irresistibly affordable subscription. When you go to galatea.com slash almost 30, that's G-A-L-A-T-E-A.com slash almost 30 to indulge in unlimited stories for even less. galatea.com slash almost 30. I have to say one thing as like a little left turn and we'll be back on track soon. The experience of being in my 30s and being a single woman is just...

fantastic. It is beyond anything I could have ever imagined having the chance to be a conscious woman that has enough money to feel safe, that has friends and freedom and creativity and expression. And being able to spend time with myself at a place when I love myself is the biggest joy.

It is such a joy and I want it for everybody, whether you are single or you're married, relationship, kids, whatever, to have conscious time to spend with yourself and actually enjoy that time, to have yourself...

and your parts. Experience the woman or person that you are as others experience you is my deepest wish. Because I know that all of you are fantastic, incredible, kind, curious, creative, compassionate humans. And so many people see that. And most of the time we spend a

that focus externally. So I want this person to see me as compassionate. I'm going to help them with this. I'm going to spend time here. I'm going to do all this for them. And then we kind of leave nothing for ourselves. So...

For me, being able to have time and energy to be with myself, to invest in myself, to make myself laugh, to like have conversations with myself has been such a pleasure and a delight and such an important part of this awakening process, especially if you're someone like I've been talking about who's feeling like you're made for more. You need to get to know yourself very deeply, very deeply.

And when we think about knowing ourselves, you know, there's the spiritual and philosophical paradox of never being able to know all of yourself and your multitudes and your multidimensionality and your depth and your magic. And then also being able to get to know yourself very well and doing your very best to understand and be able to metabolize or feel the texture of who you are in your soul. One of my biggest questions this year has been,

who am I? And I know that sounds so silly and so trite. It's like, what are you? Yeah. Okay. It's, it's funny though, on the path, because some of the cliche things just come back around. You know, I've just been really in the work of my coaching and teaching and I'm like, wow, cliches, man, they are real. I'm like, those cliches got a lot of weight. I'm like, be yourself. Wow. Think about being yourself. What does that even mean? Like, how can I even be myself?

So when I think about my process right now of knowing that I'm made for more, maybe it's not more of certain parts of me. Maybe it's less of the fear. Maybe it's less of the restriction. Maybe it's less of the friction. Maybe it's less of me presenting certain sides of me and allowing other sides to be present and experienced. And I think if you are someone that is a soul that is here and made for more and wanting more from your life and wanting more from your experience,

I like to think about it from a parts perspective as a way to support you. And the way that I would think about it is that for most of us, we have a part of us that we're presenting to the world. So just for brief brevity, IFS, internal family systems, is called parts work. It's a psychotherapy technique that I teach and that I work with my clients on. And it's something that's just incredibly powerful for healing, for wholeness, and for self-love.

So when we think about parts, we think about kind of our experience in life. If we see ourselves as multidimensional or we kind of can be with one person and be one way and be with another person and be another way and we have different sides to us, IFS would call that parts. So in the process of knowing you're made for more, oftentimes in life, we could be overextending or over functioning or over developed on one part of us.

So maybe that part of us is the protective part, or maybe that part of us is, you know, I'm really dominant. I'm really clear. I'm really strategic. I say what I want. I say what I mean. You know, I'm having to run everything. I'm having to do everything. I'm having to take care of everything. If I don't do everything, no one else will. Does this sound like you? Definitely. Definitely was me for a long time. I was like, I know what I want. I'm super clear. I'm

I'm a great communicator. I'm confrontational. I'm like, okay, girl. Okay. Are you soft? Are you sweet? I was overextending and overfunctioning on kind of like the masculine aspect of me. And a lot of women are doing this right now, just the way that we're structured in the world and

The way that sort of society has forced us into this way of being that is a little bit more masculine, but this could be seen as a part. And so when we think about being made for more, we want to have another part of us, other parts of us also be experienced in the world. So for me, that didn't mean to hate that part of me. That's clear, that's strategic, that's concise, that's powerful, that's a leader. Like that's a baller part of me. I'm so grateful that I can cruise into meetings and run meetings and just like,

own it. I love that. That's amazing. And there's also a mystical side of me that wants to be seen and heard, that wants to be experienced, that wants to be felt. There's a sage part of me, a very wise woman in me. There's a lover in me, a woman that wants to have a zhuzh, have a flirt, have an experience, feel into sensuality, feel into energy, whatever the things are.

These made for more people, these made for more women have all of these archetypes within us, have all of these aspects of us. And when we over-index on one because of fear or stress or belief that's the only way that we can get love or stay safe, we really miss out on the experience of being the multidimensional version of ourselves that has all of these other parts and has all these other aspects of us.

So instead of going into life with kind of like a blank canvas of, I know that I'm going somewhere and I don't know where I'm going. What are the things that we can do to really, really lean into our intuition and our soul? And what are some things that we can practice? And how can we really understand this and reorient ourselves around this so that we're not just feeling scared or feeling lost or feeling like, you know,

We're walking out into the complete unknown and we don't know where we're going. And we don't know who's on the other side. And we don't know what's going on. Once we are led from the soul, and once we are led from the self, we never feel like we are lost again. I've never... Now that once I have me, we're all good in any room, in any space, in any place, in any disaster, in divorce, in death, in grief, in loss, in trauma, in whatever. I'm like, oh...

My soul knows what it's doing. My soul knows we're going somewhere. I just can't see yet. My human eyes can't see yet. I trust my soul. I trust my soul to lead even when my human eyes can't see where I'm going. And so the more we can get into the self, the more we can get into the trust, the more we can get into the soul, the better this process and journey will be, especially in this now moment. For me on my path, when I really was able to see clearly and have multiple experiences where I hit rock bottom,

I was lost. I was alone. I was ashamed. I was miserable. I was on the brink of suicide. Whatever the expression of my pain was or the thought about my pain was, if I would have known that I was just getting the reps, that I was just building the confidence, and that I was just being sculpted to hold more, I would have felt so much better. And in Almost 30, the book, so much of the frequency that I want to bring through with it

is to really, really trust that your soul knows what it's doing and that you can allow this uncertainty that you feel in your life to feel like adventure. How amazing is it to have adventure in our life? How boring would it be for you to know exactly where you're going, who you're going to be, who you're going to be with, what you're going to do? That is not fun. That is spiritual shopping. That is psychic shopping. That is not what I'm into.

And that's why I don't love as much law of attraction work. I don't love as much, you know, that type of frequency because you can come to earth and spiritually shop and use your energy to acquire things and get things, or you can know the truth of your soul and the power of your soul and that your soul came here not to get things, but to not need or want anything. If we think that our soul came here to spiritually shop,

to acquire clothes and cars and things and houses, then we're missing a lot of the point of what being a spiritual being on earth is. And the more that we can see this process of your awakening, maybe it's a second awakening, maybe it's a third awakening, maybe it's an unfolding, maybe it's a metamorphosis.

The more that we can see this as a huge part of your spirit and soul leading you further down the path and leading you more into service and more into truth and more into love, the better you'll be, the better our planet will be, the more truthful and in alignment you'll be, and the more free you will be. In one of my favorite texts, The Law of One, which is a channeled text, so it's a channeled text where there's like the entity Ra is being channeled through this woman. So you kind of have like a call and response type experience.

But I'll never forget because Ra, the channeled entity, and Ra's Thoth, Hermes Trismedicius, like that very powerful frequency that you all have probably heard about history. Ra talks about the fact that we are so imprisoned by so many things that he can't even begin to express it, explain it, or discuss it. And it's true. There are so many prisons that we are currently in and so many prisonous way of beings. That's a new word that I made up.

that we are now sort of letting go of and breaking the chains from and moving on from. And that is crunchy and uncomfortable and doesn't feel good, but it's what we're being called to do. I know for me, as an example, one of the prisons that I'm in that I realized the other day, I had a dinner scheduled at night with a friend and it's nothing about the friend, but I have just been overpacking my schedule, overdoing it, saying yes to everything. And I

I was exhausted. I had an event that morning, coaching calls that afternoon, had a dinner that night. And I was like in the car and I was like, you know, a lot of the reason why I'm an entrepreneur and why I do what I do is because I am someone that loves freedom. I value freedom. And then I was in the car and I was like, I wish I would have said no, because I don't want to go to this dinner. I don't know if you guys have ever done that where you're like, dude, I'm actually, I was late to the dinner because I was dilly dallying trying to buy time because I didn't want to go.

And I had this thought to myself, whether it was a guide or my own thought, that was like, you think that you're free, and yet you're doing something you don't want to do right now because you're afraid of people not liking you or being mad at you. And a lot of what your schedule is filled with is obligations that you've made to other people, doing other things that you actually don't want to do. And that's not freedom. So me, as an entrepreneur, as someone that lives very authentically,

whatever that means, lives a life that I love, created a life that I love, schedule that I love, whatever. I have so many layers of my own freedom I need to unpack, of my limits on self, of my limits on how I'm spending my time. And I was like, dang, my people pleasing is keeping me imprisoned. So if you're wanting to create more from your life and you're wanting to follow your soul more and you're wanting to feel more peace from this experience of feeling so...

deeply called, it's going to require letting go of people pleasing. I am taking my own medicine. Don't think I'm not, you guys. This part is for me. This is my highest self. Literally, a camera flipped on me. Letting go of... I'm laughing at myself. Letting go of people pleasing. I'm sorry, you guys. I'm having an experience laughing because

It's just, I wish you guys had the feeling of saying stuff to people that you need to do. And like being like, you guys, it's time for us. And I'm like, Krista, Lynn Williams, my sister, stop. People pleasing. It's so insidious the way that we people please. And

Oh my goodness. The way that letting go of people pleasing will let you move on from your life and become who you came here to be. Oh my goodness gracious. Oh my goodness gracious. It's subliminal. It's subconscious. It's insidious. It is running your life. So whether it's I'm at a job that I don't want to be because I feel like my parents want me to be here. Whether it's I'm in this relationship because I'm afraid this person of breaking up with this person, I'm afraid they might be mad at me. Whether it's...

You know, I go this certain way to work because everyone else goes this certain way to work. Whether I wear this outfit because I see everyone else wearing it. I do this workout because my favorite influencer is doing it. Like I go, I over function and I overdo everything because I feel like I have to, because I feel like that's how I get love. That type of stuff is keeping you out of your soul frequency and keeping you out of the bigness of who your soul came here to be. Because even in my experience, it's like, cool. My body and my mind being like, I don't want to go to dinner, dude.

What if I say no to dinner, not only create more trust within myself, more confidence that I can speak my truth, even potentially a deeper relationship because I was honest. I could also leave room for magic and miracles because during that time, maybe something magical happens. Maybe my intuition and soul is like, hey, will you please cancel this dinner?

There's a hot man that you're going to meet tonight. I need you to meet this man. And I'm going to say, what dinner, honey? But we can't always know where we're going, what we're doing and what is in the path. So you being able to be out of people-pleasing tendencies, creating some spaciousness potentially in your schedule and calendar is really going to allow for you to step further into this life that I know you guys know you were made for.

That that is the beginning of the hero's journey, going into the unknown, using parts and getting in touch with your inner critic or the aspects of you that are trying to keep you small and are judging you for wanting to go big or wanting to go outside your comfort zone, getting to know those parts, loving, honoring, accepting those parts. There's also tuning into other archetypes and other aspects of you and asking them to come forward and be experienced in your life.

whether it's the mystic, the sage, the lover, the queen, the huntress, whatever archetype you want to flow into or step into using archetypes as a way to feel into the experience of being the next level version of yourself. And then the last one that I was just explaining and talking about is letting go of people pleasing and having boundaries. And when I think for myself, looking back at all the times when I went out into the unknown, whether it was

Quitting my first corporate job to live off-grid for a month in Patagonia. No cell phone service. Packed a bag up in a kayak and completely lived off-grid for an entire month through this program called NOLS, National Outdoor Leadership School. Or whether it was going out into the unknown post-divorce. You know, divorcing and leaving a relationship that I had been in for 10 years before.

When I have stepped out into the unknown and not know where I was going, oh my God, that is when life gets so good. When you go out into the, I'm getting emotional thinking about it. When you step out into the unknown and you follow the call of your soul, that is when you live not only a soul-led life, but a life of alignment, a life of ease, a life of pleasure, and a life that you could have never seen coming.

So many of you are fighting to keep a life that you don't even like. You are making it so hard for your soul to move you towards a life of peace, a life of prosperity, and a life of ease. And if you just let go, because I do not want you holding on in a letting go season, if you just let go and let your soul lead, I swear to you, life will get better and better.

A little story vulnerably just at the end of this is about, you know, my relationship ending. And I remember, and for all the OGs, you guys know, I was in a 10 year relationship. We were married and then left that relationship like two years ago. And I remember being in Italy on a retreat. And I remember just sitting there being like, and it landed for me that I wanted to end the relationship. And I remember just sitting there kind of looking out

And in this very idyllic, beautiful green pastures, like the mountains, the water, just surrounded by this beautiful open space. And it was really nice to be in nature and kind of be away for a little bit to have more spaciousness and ease. And sometimes our soul needs a little nature to communicate with us. So that is something, if you want to hear your soul spend time in nature, spend time with trees.

And I was just sitting and I could see, you know, a vision of my life and sort of where my life was going in the relationship and choosing the relationship for that time. And I was like, okay, that's, you know, an opportunity and an option of this timeline that I could be moving on.

And then, you know, I kind of look to the right, like, you know, kind of just visualizing, look to the right a little bit. And I'm looking at the new timeline and I have no fucking idea what's on that timeline. I have not a fucking clue. I cannot see anything. I cannot see a person, a place, a thing, an experience, a career, a look, a haircut, a color, a snap. I can't see anything. And I'm like, okay, we're going that way. And...

The way that my soul locked in and the way that the truth hit me like peace is something that I can now clock in my life that I've experienced quite a bit, but I didn't really have the cellular memory for that I now have the cellular memory for. And when your soul is ready to walk down the path that it was made for, and when you are ready to take on the mission that you came here to do, that you're being sculpted for, that you're being trained on,

You have to trust that it will hit you like peace, even though you'll still be scared. And it's okay for you to still be scared on your path. It doesn't mean it's always fun. It doesn't mean it's always sexy. It doesn't mean it's always beautiful. You're walking in the dark for quite a bit. You don't know where you're going, but all you know and all you can know and all you can set forward in your intention, in your heart and in your soul is that it's going to be beautiful.

Going out into the unknown is a part of the hero's journey. It's a part of the path. It is important that we spend time being unsure, that we let it percolate and we let it marinate and we develop a relationship enough with ourselves and for me with God, whether that's your universe, source, whatever, to know that I'm being led somewhere beautiful and to know that I've been given the gifts that I've been given here on earth to serve.

I'm not just here for me. I'm here for a really beautiful experience as me, but I'm also here to serve. And my deepest service is only done when I know myself and when I'm committed to my path and when I'm truthful and in integrity on my path. I am so excited for you guys. I am so looking forward to seeing where you go. I am so excited to witness you surrender more, to trust more, to...
