If we are not careful, we can easily get swept away by those things, all while struggling to rise above them. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can remind ourselves not to dwell on those unproductive thoughts, feelings, and emotions to raise our vibrations with things like gratitude, joy, abundance. One breath at a time.
