After a hiatus, I am back and I hope you feel this episode with Cristina is worth the wait! Cristina is a coach, sports nutritionist, endurance athlete, wife  and mom to two little boys (and a fur baby).

During our conversation we cover her fitness journey, which includes being a Division 1 swimmer, what lead her to become a coach and nutritionist. We also talk about the difference between eating disorders and disordered eating, how she helps her athletes who are feeling unmotivated and how she juggling motherhood with her fitness goals.
