We are able to create a new model, an AI model based on synthetic data which is of similar accuracy to the one that is created on real data. A key part of the success is the change management. Many of the technologies that we're introducing into our operations, it's really designed to make the lives of the frontline a lot easier.
When you see somebody who is not a believer in AI starts believing in AI, those are the best parts of my job. Getting significant benefits from artificial intelligence is difficult for organizations.
