Through gentle breath awareness and mindful presence, I'll guide you to find that sweet spot between being alert and relaxed. We'll work with whatever arises in your experience with openness, curiosity and kindness - because this is your time, your moment to rejuvenate.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need a moment to yourself, this practice will help you access that sense of calm that's always available to you, just by turning your attention inward to the sensations of breathing in your body.
