The one thing about the custom instructions is there's a character limit, which if you are a talker and a deep diver like me, you're not going to be able to tell everything it needs to know about your brand, right? So then there's a few other options when it comes to trading Chachupete on your brand. I

have created a document. I call it the ultimate AI training tool. It's called the brand blueprint for a chat GPT. Essentially, it's one Google Doc where I literally have outlined the five core strategies of my brand, my brand core identity, ideal customers, brand voice and writing style, offer seat and messaging.

And guys, I don't want to scare you, but it's like an 80 page document. And ChatGPT helps me create it. So like it literally can take you like a few hours to create. But once you have a Google Doc, where you can host all this information about your brand that you want ChatGPT to know, then you can actually use the file upload feature to upload that document. ChatGPT will read it within 10 seconds and then know everything it needs to know about your brand, right? And

that hugely improves the results that Chachi BD gives you, right? Welcome to Authentic AI for Entrepreneurs, the podcast that shows you how to leverage the power of AI technology without wasting your time or selling your soul. Let's embrace making AI work for you.

Hey, hey, my human friend, and welcome back to the Authentic AI Podcast. I'm your host, Kinsey, and today we have another special episode for you. A few weeks ago, I was invited to be a guest on my friend Dolly DeLong's Systems and Workflow Magic Podcast.

podcast and our conversation was so awesome. We got super nitty gritty with the tips that we talk about. So I asked Dolly if I could reshare that episode on our Authentic AI podcast and she graciously agreed. I know you're going to love Dolly as much as I do. So if you do, make sure that you check her out, give her a follow on Instagram or

or take a listen to her Systems and Workflow Magic podcast, you'll find the links in the show notes below. Because if you enjoy this conversation, I know you're going to want some more Dolly. All right, let's go ahead and dive right in.

Welcome back to the Systems and Workflow Magic podcast. I'm your systems and workflow and launching BFF and guide, Dolly DeLong. And today I'm so excited to have you join me for another episode. And because I have a very special guest that I'm personally excited to learn from. So this is kind of a selfish episode for me. All right. We have Kinsey Soderbergh.

to chat with us about something I know a lot of us are curious about because it's pretty brand new. It's like still in the baby stages and that's using AI tools authentically in your business. So Kinsey is a brilliant mind behind feel good social.

And she's here to share how she has been integrating AI like ChatGPT, because we all hear about ChatGPT, into her own systems and workflows. And we're going to dive into how to train AI to think and sound like your brand and how to start using AI in your business. With

without feeling completely overwhelmed or completely like, oh, this does not even sound like me. Plus, she's going to give us a peek into her AI video editing workflow that's allowed her to edit four and a half times faster than she used to. So I can't wait to dive into it. And I can't wait for

you all to dive into this. So Kinsey, thank you so much for being here to kick things off. Can you share a little bit more about yourself before we dive into the conversation? Yes, totally. Oh my goodness. Thanks for having me, Dolly. And yeah, guys, I'm about to get pretty nerdy with this conversation probably because I tend to geek out when it comes to this stuff. But like you said, my name is Kinsey. I've been an entrepreneur for five plus years now. It's crazy. I

building my brand Feel Good Social, which really just helps down-to-earth entrepreneurs show up online without wasting your time or selling your soul is my little tagline there. And about a year and a half ago now, I guess, I first started hearing about AI tools coming on to the mainstream digital entrepreneur space. And I'll be honest with you, when I first started hearing about using AI tools, I was like, oh,

I like to say I was a total curmudgeon about it because I was like, isn't the internet fake enough as it is? You know, what is this going to do to our critical thinking skills or creativity? And I was like, not really into them. I was kind of like, no, we don't need to use AI tools, guys. And then I

I was going on a long drive and I had one of those long drive epiphanies where I realized that the reason I was feeling so grumpy about AI tools is because I was afraid of the change they're bringing of what it'll do to our culture and the landscape of the online world that we're a

part of. And so I realized that the best thing I could do is instead of just saying no to AI tools was turn toward them and get curious about how can we make them work for us and use them authentically, right. And so then I actually created a sister brand called Authentic AI. And literally, we just got the trademark for it. It was I'm just so excited. Yeah. And I've just been really getting curious about how we can use these tools to

in a way that feels authentic and aligned, right? Because literally, in my year and a half now of embracing these tools and dipping my toes into that world, like, I'm just blown away by how much I'm able to actually do in my day to day, how much time I'm able to save, how much more I'm able to like, follow my entrepreneurial ambitions without

like completely diving straight into burnout and letting my business take over my life, which I've definitely have done multiple times over the past like five years. So I love the opportunity that the AI tools bring, especially for solopreneurs who are wearing all the hats and doing all the things and don't necessarily have money or time or energy to

all the resources to invest in our business. And so it really gives us a leg up, I think, especially for those solopreneurs or people with small teams who are building their online business, but still want to actually enjoy their life, right? Yeah.

I love that. Okay, so I will have to share a story with you. So about two years ago, when like, you know, like we were being introduced to AI, I like had a an immediate sarcastic thought. So I grew up in the generation of like the Disney movies, like the

straight to TV, Disney movies, there was this one movie called Smart House. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I was like, oh, we've all been warned about this, people. I'm not going to. I'm not going to step into the smart house. Like, I love

literally was like, I've seen the movie. I'm not going to do it. And now well, well, well, two years later, guess who has a chat GPT like account and everything me. So who knows? Who knows? Like smart house may still happen. But I'll

All joking aside, Kinsey, I'm really glad that you're here just to talk about how to integrate AI into our workflows. And so thank you for sharing, just like you're being honest and real with us about your hesitation at first about starting and then diving into it. And I...

I know you're going to share so many good nuggets with us. So can we like highlight, can you highlight the point again? What was the moment when you realized just how powerful AI could be for your business? What was that switch again? Let's like...

highlight that again. Yeah, man, there's been just so many moments. I think really getting over the AI hesitations and the AI scaries is something that I definitely had to grapple with myself at first, right? And there's like lots of different things that you need to shift your mindset around.

Quite frankly, when it comes to using AI tools, like thinking it might take your job, that's kind of scary. Well, no, actually, if you start making AI work for you and getting it to help you do the work that you're doing in a faster way or even better quality sometimes, it can be super, super helpful. And actually starting to embrace these tools can give you a leg up in your industry. It's not going to take your job, but it might evolve the way that you do your job. And that's just something to think

about and start dipping your toes into. Also, just thinking that AI is going to totally just turn us into mindless sheep, you know, or turn our brands into robots and all the different stuff. Like, actually, when I started using AI tools, I was impressed by how much more creativity I feel, how much more space my brain has, how much faster I can blast through the everyday things that really get me stuck in my business, right? That's

there's so many things we can use AI tools for and people will tell you to have it write your social media caption, have you have it do this, have it do that for you, whatever. But the things that I think build

build up and add up the most when it comes to saving time with these tools and actually making you more productive is when you can train yourself to use them in the everyday. When you are writing an email and all of a sudden you're like, oh, I don't know how to finish this. And you can go to chat GPT and have it help you blast through that writer's block. Or when I'm trying to... I was creating a sales page for my website a few weeks ago and I was like,

oh, I want to add a countdown timer to my Squarespace website, but I don't know how to do it. Now I'm going to have to either pay for some countdown motion mail something, or I'm going to have to go down a tech forum rabbit hole trying to find the answer that I want. I went to chat GPT and it

spit out a code for me that I could use really easily. There's just things that in your every day you get stuck on. Okay, so I'm a shiny object person for sure. And I'm always working away and all of a sudden something distracts me, like an idea distracts me. And it's like,

nagging at my brain. I'm like, I'm trying to get work done. But like this thing is over here. Like I need to explore it real quick. And chat GPT can help me explore that help me get it down on the paper so that I can refocus back on the task I actually need to be doing. Things like that is super helpful. You know, that's really good. Oh, I'm so well, thank you for sharing that. It wasn't just one point. It was like tiny little points added together. I think for me, like if I'm going to share like my

moment was when I realized how AI could help me with

Because I just started a YouTube channel and it's just me. Like I have like my bookkeeper, of course, and then somebody helping me out with the podcast. But then it's just me doing everything else. And I don't wear that as a badge of honor. Listeners, I'm not wearing this as a badge of honor. It's just where I am in life. It helped me tremendously with creating...

like chapters and soundbites and all this stuff that I could put into my YouTube show notes, because I want it to be optimized for SEO. And it did that for me. And I and it saved me so much time versus me just staring at a screen like, I know what I just spoke about on this video, but how do I formulate it into bullet points, and then chapters and then soundbite?

And then AI did it for me in a minute. Yes. Oh, I know. I know that feeling where you're like, I just got done recording this. I don't want to go back in and revisit that. And AI can totally help you so much. And so, yeah, AI has been great and awesome. Okay, so...

Kind of like going from starting with your journey with AI and what inspired you to start integrating AI into your own business. Let's talk about then authentically integrating AI into your brand or into your business. So one thing, or I've not heard it once. I've heard it so many times from a lot of different business owners, including myself. This is something that I've thought.

is like the fear that, like you mentioned this, AI might take over our brand's voice. It may not sound like us. It may sound like a robot or something like...

That is obviously copy pasted. So how do you train genuinely train chat GPT to really think and sound like your brand? Oh, I geek out so much about this topic because I, my kind of traditional background is more in like, I call myself a word nerd. You guys, I like am that type of person who I love writing and it takes me so fricking long to write anything.

because I labor over every word. And so this has been really, really important to me, not just like boosting productivity, but not sacrificing the quality of our work or authenticity, because that truly is, especially with the onslaught of AI tools that,

are now being used to just copy paste captions or emails or whatever on the internet like your authenticity that like unique spark about you is really what is going to set you apart online now more than ever right so it's really really important that we do that and you know it's so funny

To me, it felt really obvious. Like whenever we started using AI tools, of course, I need to train Chai GPT on my brand because that's just, you know, my background. It just, it felt very obvious to me, but it's really not obvious to everyone. And that's totally okay. So many people come to me and then when they just start using AI tools, they're like, oh, well, it's just not sounding like me. You know, I'm going back and forth with it. I'm trying to tell it to be more friendly or be more professional. And it goes away on everything.

each extreme side of the spectrum. And it's like pulling teeth trying to get what I want from ChatGPT, right? And so the thing about training ChatGPT on your brand is really just telling it everything that it needs to know about your brand in order to be able to do the best work for you. I always like to think of it as like an

intern, if you hired some poor intern first day on the job, they walk into your office, they don't know anything about your brand, your business, your strategy, anything like that. And you say, write me a social media caption. They'll be like, what? They'll do really bad work for you, right? But if you can train ChachiBT, like you would train a new intern on your brand, then that can be super helpful.

So there's like a light way to train ChatGPT on your brand. And there's like a deep dive, super nerdy way to train ChatGPT on your brand. But basically thinking about what task am I having ChatGPT do for me? And how can I give it the information it needs to be able to train?

think and sound like me in the best way. I always like to say, try to feed ChachiBT your three core strategies first, right? Which means your brand identity, your brand mission, vision, values, opinions, beliefs, that sort of stuff. So it can really get a feel for the foundation of who your brand is and what you do, right?

And then you want to tell it about your ideal customers because it needs to know who it's speaking to, not just when you're having it write copy for you, but also when you're having it strategize for you and different things like that. So deep diving into your ideal customers, the demographic, psychographic, sure, but then also their pain points and desires and all that stuff can be super helpful for ChatGPT to understand. And then also training on your brand voice is...

so, so helpful for getting better content and better copy that doesn't sound generic or flowery or whatever. And that's diving deeper than just sound friendly, sound casual, all that different stuff. Like your brand voice, there's lots of different nuances to your brand voice that can really help chat you people.

pinpoint exactly what it is, right? Like your formatting style, your humor style, the emoji usage preferences, you know, all this different stuff is helpful for chat TV team.

And then if you want to dive even deeper and you're using ChatGP as like a strategist, training it on your offer suite and also training it on your messaging is a really, really great idea as well. Because then that really gives your AI assistant the full picture of your brand and allows it to do the best work for you.

Now, how long has did it take you to nail in? I'm going to say this in quotations. People can't see me, but I'm doing quotations. Like, how long did it take you to do this? Or was it like a day's worth of work or?

Was it over like the course of several months? Give us like a realistic timeline of if we were to sit down and decide, okay, I'm going to start training chat GBT to like, I know my brand's mission. I know who I want to serve and what my personality is like. How long does that take? Oh, it can take forever.

you can start getting better results immediately, right? If you literally just like brain dump about your brand, just like it doesn't even have to be pretty, right? You can understand like ugly, non-formatted stuff. And so like just like literally doing a

Five minute brain dump about your brand is amazing. And it's like that into ChatGPT saying, here's a little bit of information you need to know about my brand. And putting that into ChatGPT will immediately get you better results, right? Also, there's something called custom instructions in your setting panel within ChatGPT. So I do recommend putting information about your brand into your custom instructions. Your custom instructions allows ChatGPT to understand what's going on.

anything you wanted to know about, anything you wanted to know with every new chat window that you start so that you don't have to constantly be telling new chat windows all about your brand. I don't know what you said. Custom instructions. Yeah, it's in the settings and they keep changing around the look of it, but go to your settings and then there's a customized chat GPT or there might be like a custom instructions within the settings panel, I think. But yeah, it works.

Now I'm just like, where is this? Yeah. I have to like figure it out. So you click on your, at the time of this recording, guys, because things change with the interfaces and stuff, but you click on your profile photo. And then I'm pretty sure there's, here, I'll look it up real quick. Let me pull up chat GPT. I'm pulling it up right now. And I'm like, I want to see where this is. Oh, my platform.

Plan, customize ChatGPT. Yep. So you go, you click on your profile photo within ChatGPT, you click customize ChatGPT. That'll bring up your custom instructions panel. There's two different boxes. And the one thing about the custom instructions is there's a character limit, which if you are a talker and a deep diver like me, you're not going to be able to tell it.

everything it needs to know about your brand, right? So then there's a few other options when it comes to training ChachiPT on your brand. I have created a document. I call it the ultimate AI training tool for ChachiPT. And I'm actually about to release my course for it next week. It's called the Brand Blueprint for ChachiPT. But essentially, it's a

a one it's one Google Doc right where I literally have outlined the five core strategies of my brand deep dive into my brand core identity ideal customers brand voice and writing style offer C and messaging and

Guys, I don't want to scare you, but it's like an 80 page document. And ChatGPT helps me create it. So like it literally can take you like a few hours to create this ultimate training doc for ChatGPT and stuff, depending on how nerdy you want to get with it and how much you want to deep dive, right? But once you have a Google Doc, where you can host your brand, like all this information about your brand that you want ChatGPT to know, then you can actually use the

file upload feature to upload that document. ChatGPT will read it within 10 seconds and then know everything it needs to know about your brand, right? And that hugely improves the results that ChatGPT gets, that gives you, right? Wow.

Okay, Kinsey, will you at the end of the show, will you send me the link to this new product so I can put it in the show notes? Totally. Yeah, I use mine every day. And I and you know, I hesitate, you know, you don't have to use an 80 page document to change LGBT doesn't get you the best results possible.

Oh, heck yeah. But also just simply, even if you only do a one page brain dump and you even put that in a Google doc, keep it handy. Use that to train Chachi PT again and again. That can be so helpful too. Right. But I'll definitely send you the link to that. So I'm like, wow, that sounds amazing. And I know like my listeners would love it because I have listeners from all different like stages of creative business. And so,

Like, hopefully it'll help somebody who's listening. Totally. Awesome. Okay. So then let's go into talking about your AI video editing workflow because I know, okay, so we use AI to not only help us out with copy and with coming up with ideas for what to write, but then there is wonderful capabilities with editing video. And this is something that I haven't even...

like dope into yet. So I'm excited about learning about this from you. Oh, yes. I get so excited when it comes to this because exactly I've been a podcast host for four and a half years now, my feel good social podcast. And then I actually started a second authentic AI podcast too. So now I have two shows. I'm like, what are you doing to yourself, Kim? Because literally, I mean, we all, if you're a podcaster, you know how long it takes. I...

week, actually. So I'm like doing a batch week this week. And so I can take essentially four weeks off and then start. But yeah, it's a lot of work. It's a lot of work. And if you don't have an editor to that, like would kill me. You know, when I first started podcasting, I would sometimes

stay up until like 2am editing my podcast episode for the next day. And then I realized, oh wait, kids, no one's getting up at 6am excited to listen. Like no one's gonna be that disappointed if you don't put your podcast episode out until later in the day. That was a come to Jesus moment I had with myself for sure. But like, um,

It used to take me so long to just edit the audio only for one of my shows. And then I started a new podcast. I was like, okay, we're alternating weeks or we're like prioritizing episode. Like we're sharing one episode to both shows. Like I was really struggling to manage both shows. And I didn't ever share the video of my podcast before this because I like literally it was so hard to edit that. It's just like an extra level, an extra layer. Yeah.

But recently, I started using a software called Descript. Have you heard of Descript yet? I've heard of it. Yes. Yeah, it's a text-based video editing software. So literally, you upload your audio or video to Descript, and it automatically writes the transcript within...

minute and then when you edit it you are basically deleting text from the transcript and it's editing the video alongside it which is awesome

And also with Descript, it's really cool because they just updated their AI tool, their in-app AI tool. They named it the Underlord because they are dorks and I love it. But basically, the Underlord is Descript's AI tool and it can do a lot of things automatically. So it will automatically edit for clarity, it's called. So it will edit your podcast automatically.

and remove tangents or remove... It'll automatically remove filler words. It will remove retakes if you restart your sentences and stuff like that. It also automatically will do studio sound. So enhance the audio for you. Lots of different things. And then it actually can also do things like write your show notes automatically for you, turn your podcast transcript into a blog, different things like

that. So it makes it really, really easy to actually edit your videos within the script. And I love it too, because I love it not just for my podcast, but also for like my course videos and whatnot. And the really cool thing is it makes publishing really, really easy. Like you can automatically publish to YouTube from the script, there's no uploading, downloading anything like that, it'll find social media clips for you automatically to

Yeah, and it's so awesome. And like, automatically reformat into the vertical format and different things like that. You can give it different parameters, like please find this many clips and focus on these topics or whatever it is. And also,

I love it for the course hosting as well, because actually you can host your video in Descript. So it'll create a live link that you can then embed it. But then you can go back in and edit the video without the link changing. And you'd,

You don't have to like upload, download anything like that. Like it makes it so easy, especially for like my AI courses where literally little things change like every week, you know, and I'm like, okay, cool. I can go back in. I can just rerecord over this section real quick talking about the new updated version of ChatGP and it just makes it so easy. I had no idea about all of those capabilities. Like, yeah.

I started using, I need to give Descript another chance because I started using it last year, was super frustrated because I didn't understand how to use it. And I tried using the

like enhancer where like, where you're not looking at the screen, but then it helps you look. And then my, it made my eyes like, you know, like those fish that have one right here. And when I hear it made me look like that was like descript. That does not look like what I look like. Like,

Not this wrong, but maybe I should like come around and give it another shot. I can't even talk, but give it another chance. There we go. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, they did. They recently updated, had a huge update with their AI stuff. So it made it way easier because before I was even using like a different software called Opus Clip along with Descript, which is like another fine social media clips type of software. I can't talk either. But like...

Yeah. No, since the update, it's been way better. But yeah, the eye feature is still, I don't know. Maybe, I think it's better with like darker eyes. I have blue eyes and I was like looking in the camera and then it made them black. It's like, oh my God, I look like a demon. Yeah.

Oh, man, that's so funny. Well, like we said, like AI is supposed to be our intern, not the boss. So that's another good reminder to listeners like it's it's going to make mistakes. Yeah, totally. Always remember that, guys. Always run it through the filter of a human of some sort for the outfit. That's a good golden rule. Yeah.

Exactly. Well, that's really interesting to know about your AI. So how has it helped save you time with this new workflow then? Oh, my goodness. I know. I'm going to break down the numbers for you because, okay, I'll be honest. I hate statistics.

I have this issue with statistics. I have a super creepy college professor for statistics and like, I just don't get it, you know, just like triggers you every time. But with ChatGPT, I've been having ChatGPT actually help me with my statistics, which has been so nice. But OK, so I will be honest with you. I there's a lot of AI bros in the AI space, I call them, who are like creeps.

create an entire month of content in 30 seconds. Like they're saying all these things about, you know, create your course in two hours or whatever. I don't know. Like they're saying all these unrealistic time-saving things. And I just like, ugh at that side of it.

sort of language and stuff. And so I actually try to break down the realistic numbers for the time that I'm saving every day, week, month with AI tools, thinking about the amount of time it would take me to do specific tasks before and the amount of time it takes me with AI tools. And this is taking into account the

me going back through reading the captions and editing the captions that ChatGPT writes for me and all the different stuff. So realistically, you know, it used to take me an hour-ish to write a social media caption because like I said, I'm a slow writer or an email even. I labor over every word. Now with ChatGPT, it usually takes me about 15 minutes to like...

have it write a caption for me or an email for me. And then I go in and edit it and pizzazz it up, things like that, like the podcast episodes, oh my goodness, it used to take me, like it used to take me like six hours, like to edit a show and do all the things. And that was audio only, right. And now with Descript, I can literally from start to finish, edit and

publish and find social media clips and share with my guests and all the different stuff in two hours for a 30-minute episode. And it's amazing, right? And so actually...

adding kind of everything up and taking everything to account, I found out that I've been saving three hours a day, 15 hours a week, and 70 hours a month with AI tools. And guys, I say saving, but let's be honest, I'm still doing, doing, doing, doing. I need to like find more boundaries with myself and enjoy my life and my freedom. So still working on that. But like, but literally, it's not just like the amount of time I've saved, it's how much more I've been able to do with

both of my brands, building both of my businesses. And it's been insane.

And it just all adds up. And so it's really, really worth it to just start using these tools, even if it can just save you even an hour a day or five minutes here or there. It's so, so helpful. And it really makes a huge difference. I love that so much. I'm excited for you. Congratulations. Oh, thanks. I know. I'm like, it's like, what? How? What? It's crazy. What's up?

That's so amazing. Okay. So my next question for you was like this off the cuff because this was I did not include this because I was just thinking, okay, like how long did it take you to nail down that workflow that you felt like, okay, this is doable. Like let's talk about like your podcasting workflow because it took me a good solid year to nail out a workflow that...

felt good for me. And now I have it down to an hour and a half at the top of every week. This is not the editing portion. This is the marketing and the SEO portion for each and every podcast episode. And it takes me an hour and a half and it's me manual and using AI. So that's like those two fused together. But it used to take me four hours at the top of every week.

But it did take me a long time to get to that point. So I'm just curious, like, how long did it take you to get to that point? Yeah. Okay. So I'm so glad we're talking about this, especially with you being such a systems girly, you know, like a lot of times when you start dipping your toes into the AI world, you'll have a lot of people be like, AI-ify your life. And it can turn you into like deer in headlights syndrome or be super frustrating because you're like, oh my gosh, I have to learn all these new tools. I have to completely...

My entire systems and all the different stuff. It can either stop you from even using them at all or just be way too overwhelming. And all of a sudden you feel like your entire life is being consumed and you're not actually being productive in your business. Right. So when people are just starting to use AI tools, I like to tell them to do two things. Firstly, take a look at the systems that you already have that are already working for you and just start getting curious about, oh,

How can I start just using these tools within my system that I already have to get the stuff done just a little bit faster, right? So it's like you said, instead of you just sitting there twiddling your thumbs trying to come up with SEO stuff, you're using ChatGPT and it's helping you along in the system I'm sure you already had established, right? So that's

That is what I would recommend for everything, every system in your business, right? Even answering emails. There's like just different things. If you have like emails that you're like, oh, I just don't want to answer these, throw them into ChatGPT. Have ChatGPT help you draft a response and then you can quickly just edit it within five minutes and you're good to go. Just like thinking about how AI tools can help you in your systems. And then once you start using them, you'll probably open yourself up to the possibility of more

Right. But like, that's a really great way to like get started. And then also the second thing I need you to do is write on a sticky note,

Can chat GPT help me with this? And then stick it next to your computer screen. Because that's a good point. I literally did that because I would rather you just start working along in your day. And then when you hit that pressure point or that block in your business, and you're like, ugh,

And then you look over and you see that sticky note. Can ChachiPT help me with this? Then you can start getting curious about the different ways ChachiPT actually can help you. And you can train yourself to start using these tools when you need to use them, right?

I love that. That's such a good, this is going to be like a little soundbite for this episode. It should be, I think. That was great. Golden nugget right there. So, okay, like as we wrap up, Kenzie, can you give the listeners some practical tips for starting to integrate AI into their business, into their life? Because like you've given us some really good reasons of why we should be using AI tools in our business. But now how can we...

get started. Yeah. I mean, I think that doing those two things I just mentioned is a great way to get started. Like firstly, just take an hour to sit down and just like brainstorm what systems do I have in my business every week, the podcasting, the emails, the social media content, the whatever, and then get curious about, oh, could I...

I have ChatGPT help me draft my show notes. Could I have it help me do whatever? So just starting there is a great way. And then just making it a part of your workflows every week, you'll start to get comfortable using them. And then more possibilities will open up to you. The sticky note thing is a great thing for really finding those pressure point moments in your day to day.

When it comes to thinking about the tasks that it can help you with, there's a few different things you can think about. Firstly, there's a mundane, ugh, I don't want to do this tasks that TagicBD can totally help you with. Show notes is something like that for me, for sure. Responding to emails, responding to client emails, or okay,

Say you have a discovery call or even like you have coaching clients and then you have to draft a proposal after the discovery call or you have to draft the action list after your client calls and stuff. Throwing the transcript from those calls into ChatsGPT, having it help you with that is something that I love doing too. Because again, it's one of those things where we just went through this conversation, but just like getting the information out on the paper is a little for me. So that's what I...

We'll use ChatGPT for a lot. So there's the UGG tasks that ChatGPT can help you with. But then also, I love using ChatGPT to help me expand my creativity, amplify my ideas situation. So it's not just the mundane tasks that ChatGPT can help you with. It's also the stuff that you can bring your expertise to ChatGPT and have it help you like...

do work more quickly that you'd already be doing. So for example, bringing my expertise to ChetGPT when it comes to the branding stuff, all the different things where it's like brain dumping my ideas and having it just help me along in my creative process.

process a little bit more quickly is also really helpful. And it's really fun too, because then ChachiPT becomes like a creative partner for you. And so we all know as solopreneurs, it can be a little lonely when you're just like doing all the work yourself. And so sometimes like I'll have ChachiPT tell me a joke or I'll be sarcastic with ChachiPT and stuff like that too. Like it's fun to think about it as a creative partner as well.

Yeah. The other day I had chat GPT roast me and it was really funny. Yeah.

It was like really nice about how it roasted me. I was like, oh, this is actually pretty funny and nice. Oh, yeah, I know. You have to like, there's that trend about, was it the Instagram feed one? Yeah. Oh my God, I know. It's hilarious. And also too, yeah, Chachi PD will be super nice the first time. And then you'll be like, be more mean, Chachi PD. And then it'll like really lay it on. And you're like, actually, go back to being nice. Go back to being nice, please. Yeah.

I need some support. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love it though. Okay, so I've been I trained Chachi P on my brand voice and stuff. I will say please respond every response with my brand voice. And then it's like talking to a girlfriend instead of talking to my sister or something. That's awesome. Okay, then it's

Can I ask some final thoughts and advice? Or I want to know what all of your favorite AI tools are besides ChatGPT and Descript. Because I know that there are so many more out there. Like, what would you recommend getting started with? Yeah. I mean, oh, man, girl. Okay. So this might be, like, not the answer you're looking for necessarily. And I actually do have...

And I'm calling it our Authentic AI Tech Toolkit. And it's basically because I have the podcast. So I'll throw any tool recommendations from guests into our toolkit just so I can remember them because there's so many freaking ones out there. So I give that access to people for free and stuff. It's one of our freebies. But you need a link to that. Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

I have had to set boundaries with AI tools because there are so many freaking ones out there. And firstly, I can't, my brain can't handle trying all of them. My schedule can't handle trying all of them. And also, I don't want to get wrapped up in so many more subscriptions. Yeah. So I literally, I mostly stick to ChatGPT and Descript for my AI tools. I have used like plugins in the past. And honestly, too, there's like just...

everyday AI tools that I use all the time. But I would recommend if you're looking to just get started with AI tools, I'd recommend finding a tool that's similar to ChatGPT. So it's called a large language model. It's like a chat bot, basically. I love ChatGPT. The free version is great to get started with.

But there's also similar tools are Gemini is Google's one or Claude is another one I've heard great things about lately, especially. And then yeah, Descript. I love it. I used to use another tool called Opus Clip, but I don't use that anymore because Descript takes care of what I used it for. So it's great. Before we end, is it okay if I share just a little bit about encouraging women to use AI tools? Yeah.

Because this is a message that I... So I interviewed a woman on my podcast. Her name was Dr. Nikki Sweeney. And she taught... She brought this to my attention. But especially for your audience, I know that you have so many awesome women entrepreneurs in your audience. And something that's been popping up for us a lot lately is that

When it comes to AI tools, men are two times more likely to use the most popular AI tools than women are. And it's really unfortunate. And there's a few different reasons. Firstly, like we were brought up in a culture that was like STEM, science, tech subjects aren't for women necessarily. So we tend to feel less techie.

in general. But also something that pops up with women especially is this feeling of guilt when it comes to using AI tools or feeling like we're cutting corners, right? And so that's one of those things I always like to bring up and address too because AI

Literally, it's not our fault, right? We actually were raised in a society where when men do specific things, it's innovative, it's time saving, it's being productive. And when women like don't necessarily do the work or whatever they say, it's not doing the work, it's cutting corners, all the different stuff. But with AI tools, we really need to shift our mindset around that.

And really just start using them. There are ways that we can use them authentically. And the thing is, with AI tools especially, it could boost your productivity by up to 40%. And when it comes to just entrepreneurs and or people using AI tools in the workplace, the people who are using AI tools more so are the ones who are more likely to get the promotion, to get the raise, right? And literally, if women don't start embracing using AI tools, the gender impact

Income gap is going to increase, right? And so we really need to kind of embrace using AI tools and also spread the word and like just talk about them in a different way as women. And then the other side of that coin too is that a lot of AI tools are actually user trained.

So when you use AI tools, they are learning from you. And if women don't use AI tools, we won't be represented in the technology moving forward. And so it's just one of those things that I love to share and I love to bring up because it's a true thing that like, I understand that it can feel like you're cutting corners using these tools and that you have to do the work to be respected. But it's one of those culture mindset things that

we need to overcome and talk about more so that we can move forward and decrease the gender income gap instead of increasing it and falling behind.

Yeah, Kinsey, thank you for that reminder. That's such a good reminder right there. It's a good point to end on right there. So I hope that was encouraging for all my listeners. I know a lot of my listeners are females, female entrepreneurs. And so, yeah, don't feel guilty for quote unquote cutting quarters because if you're saving time, it's not cutting quarters. It's only cutting quarters if it's like bad, like in my mind, if it's like shoddy and it's like, I don't know.

bad, but it's not. It's not bad at the same time. So that's a very, very good reminder right there. Okay. So Kinsey, I wanted to say thank you so much for showing up, sharing so much insight about AI tools, how to get started. Listeners,

I really want to encourage you to re-listen to this podcast episode, especially like in the beginning, because I remember I'm going to re-listen to this because Kinsey gave us some really good advice on how to share our brand voice into ChatGPT. So please, I recommend you definitely start there so you can get started and get comfortable and then learn how to save more time using AI tools and you're not cutting corners in a bad way. All right.

And then, of course, give Kinsey a follow. So Kinsey, how can people connect with you, work with you, get to know you? Like, what should their next steps be with you? Oh, my goodness.
