Hi, it's Amy Bernstein. And I'm Amy Gallo. We wanted to let you know that starting March 10th, Amy G and I are going to be a steadier presence in your life. After 10 seasons of the show, we're switching to a new schedule, releasing episodes every other Monday year round.

That means more episodes that inspire reflection and growth, more practical advice, and more of the insights and stories you've told us make you feel seen and supported in your career. When so many norms and values are being challenged, we'll keep focusing on the skills and actions that strengthen organizations and the people in them.

You'll hear new episodes from The Essentials. That series covers skills like negotiating strategically and building and repairing trust. Next up in that series, a listener and I interview a professor about how to ask purposeful questions. You'll also hear new episodes from How to Manage, where I interview experts and experienced leaders about the

real work of managing, like negotiating for your team and executing strategy. Then, because tensions, power dynamics, and clashing personalities aren't getting any easier, we're bringing back Getting Along, where I teach you how to deal with different types of difficult people.

Plus, every few months, we'll dedicate an Ask the Amys episode to questions from you. So if something's been eating at you or has you stumped, try it out on us. We're also revisiting standout episodes from the show's early years, updating them with fresh perspectives and the latest research findings.

And of course, we'll keep making classic Women at Work episodes, conversations that help you make sense of your experiences and go after what you need and want to do your best work. Because no matter what's happening in the world, we still have decisions to make, relationships to figure out, and ambitions to pursue. So follow the show now, and Amy B and I will be back in your feed next Monday. ♪
