When I started A Psychic Story in 2019, I didn't put any ads on the podcast. On occasion, I would feature my book looking for angels and events I was attending. But now one of my goals is to evolve this endeavor into a full-time passion. You heard it here first. I'd love to be able to do more episodes, grow the show, add a team, and eventually even revisit my other two podcasts, A Psychic Story Kids Edition and Supernatural Matters. And so in order to pay for this, I am turning on ads.

This is a critical piece in being able to continue to do this work, to be in service and create community among us. Oh, and if you want uninterrupted episodes, head over to Patreon to get those not only ad-free, but early each week. Thank you so much for understanding as we move into this new phase of a psychic story together.

Hi, psychic listeners. Our guest for this episode of A Psychic Story is an author, high priestess, and temple keeper of the Moon Temple Mystery School. She's redefining what it means to be a modern feminist icon and spiritual leader. She's also the visionary founder of WitchFest, which inspires people to break free from limiting beliefs and reclaim their power. This is the story of Taverly. Welcome to A Psychic Story. Thank you so much for having me, Nicole. This is an exciting day to be talking about

such powerful, potent topics. An exciting day. How come? Well, because, you know, I'm not sure when people are listening to this because I can live in the ethers forever, but, you know, 2025 has really brought forward our deep desire for sovereignty. And to think of sovereignty at a time where it seems like collectively things are compounding, but actually what's happening is we're

individuating in order to come back together in greater unity. So to me, walking that witch path is sovereignty and unity combined. Ah, oh, well, let's definitely talk about that a little bit further here in our discussion together. First up, and I have been, my goal has been to ask all the new guests coming on moving forward of a psychic story. What does psychic mean to you?

That is a deep question. Take as much time as you want. Yeah, I'm going to breathe into it. And I'm going to say it in two ways. I'm going to start with, to me, psychic is someone who has access to their intuitive inner knowing.

And it comes in in so many different ways, shapes and forms. And so intuition itself to me is the baseline, right? It's the innate part that we all have. Whereas I look at the word psychic as just learning how your intuition works and expanding it to something bigger and deeper and more. And that there's a thousand ways around.

to do that, whether it's playing in the unseen worlds, whether it's communicating with spirits, whether it's using your psychic gifts to get insight on your life or to create spells. There's a thousand ways to use it, but that's how I would define it. Well, thank you for that. And speaking of psychic, before we get into some of the other questions I have related to which wound,

What and how do your psychic or intuitive abilities show up for you? I am a seer through and through. So I actually am seeing you. And a lot of times when I first see a human, I often see parts of where they've lived in the past, such as tapping into the Akashic records. And I do that lightly because you have not given me consent to do that. And as a psychic, I do practice consent in all things. Thank you. Yes, yes. I...

I often see like the historic blueprint of a human as a seer. For me, that's how it is. And then, of course, when someone asks questions, I get, I'll say more of the knowing and the feeling that confirms what I'm seeing. Because, of course, all of our lenses are based upon through us. And I have a very particular refined set of symbols and guides that

I use as a seer to bring information in. So it often happens super fast for me as a seer. So converting the visual to the verbal is what I do. And is that visual primarily through your psychic sight, your third eye? Yes. Sometimes it's physical. It manifests like as a physical visual.

I would say like a physical slideshow or I mean, an apparition is not the right word because people think of like just ghosts as an apparition. But sometimes in the physical, it will appear in the field for me. But it is in my mind's eye. And I primarily see in videos and color. I know there's a lot of seers that see in pictures and symbols, color, black and white. There's a bunch of different ways seers work. But for me, and here's the interesting thing, Nicole, is I have always been a seer since I was a kid.

I didn't realize until I was 40, which was just over a decade ago, that not everybody had like the visual capacity that I did. I've always been a seer, right? Like that's part of our path as psychics is when you realize what you have is unique to you and not everybody has that. I'm like, oh, that makes sense to me why this was different for me than this human. And because all of our gifts are so unique, right?

I didn't even realize that people that were seers didn't see in video or didn't see in pictures or didn't see in color. It's super interesting and fascinating how powerful and individual and unique our souls are like fingerprints, right? Like our psychic gifts are like a fingerprint. Yeah. Very unique. That is one way that my guides and angels have communicated with me speaking of seeing and I do, I'm clairvoyant.

it's probably one of, I want to say my strongest, but the thing that comes the most naturally to me and they showed me, they said, our souls are like these fingerprints, our psychic abilities, our intuitive abilities are like that. It's very unique. We have our own unique resonance and also our spiritual DNA when it comes with that and how we show up and that makes us that uniqueness in the world. So thank you for sharing that and that you're seer. So when you were a child and you said that

You didn't necessarily realize what that was until you got into your 40s. Share a little bit with the listeners what childhood was like for you and then maybe the moment when you were in your 40s and you, you know, you kind of put that together. Well, I grew up in a really small town in the mountains of Colorado. And

And, you know, I come from a, I'll say a hippie family, really. I shared with you a few moments ago that my sister's name is Sunshine. So I'm definitely the product of a hippie generation where for me, I was raised in this little bubble of love and openness. So that kind of sets the stage for me to have kind of that open heart. Although

interestingly enough, my sister had a very different experience because after she was born, my father spent time in Vietnam. So when he came back and settled and, you know, I was born into the love bubble. So my experience was very unique. And then as my parents got older and their little commune kind of went apart and my mom went down the law enforcement avenue and my father kind of stayed a hippie, I was exposed to such a wide variety of

conservative small town, you know, folks and open minded individuals. And so it gave me this really strong juxtaposition of the different ways in which people view the world. And in the course of all of that, I was always very different.

I mean, very different. I was probably put in the category of things like driven or she thinks too big or this is this, like, where does she think, who does she think she is? Like, who does she think she is to be able to do that? And really the goals and aspirations I had as a child, even as a teenager and as an older teenager, I had these and held these goals and visions because I saw it.

I saw what was possible. So to me, when you can see something is possible, it's easy to, you know, pull back the arrow and release it. And if I talked about it that way, I mean, most people in my little town would be like, what? Like, who is she to do this? And I mean, I made very mature decisions for, you know, a 16, 17 and 18 year old child.

that most people that age wouldn't have the capacity to make. And I don't think that I was anything special. I didn't have any more motivation than anyone else. I wasn't like this superhuman. I just saw. And I think that

that little love bubble that I was put in as a child gave me enough confidence really to be able to say, well, it's okay that I'm different. Especially when you consider kind of the juxtaposition of ways in which I experienced a small town from all the formats of hippies to law enforcement. I mean, those are polar opposite sides. I kind of always sat on the outside of that fringe and it was okay to be different, but that,

That seer vision was always with me. And I can even, there's a lot of specific memories in my 20s and 30s where my psychic gifts were so powerful that they led me to make a decision that changed the entire course of my life. And I didn't know that it was seer vision that was leading me. Such as, this is a rabbit hole, we won't go down, but to give you a little context, I caught my children's father, my spouse in a car with my best friend.

And I was in my early 30s at the time, but I already knew it. I already knew it. So when the time came and you know, it all blows up and you can see I'm fine and healthy and really happy right now. So when it all blew up,

I had the vision before I actually saw it. And the vision led me to do the research and exploration to prove it. Of course, I mean, that's the path I went down because I didn't have the skill set to trust that what I knew was real. Because when your psychic gifts are giving you information that you don't want to believe,

That's a different story that a lot of psychics don't want to talk about. Or don't want to experience too. It's like whether belief is one thing and then experiencing it too and both especially. Yeah, absolutely. I feel like it's such an important thing for people as they start to explore their psychic gifts is what happens when your psychic vision or even go to the baseline of intuition. Like what if your inner knowing fields change?

tell you something that you don't want to experience. Well, to me, that's why we do this work because then you have the opportunity to either change the path, be prepared for it, put measures in place, like create balance, all those things.

But at the time, you know, looking back, I mean, I was so powerfully led. And that's just one example. There are several when I opened the Mystery School and when I started my first podcast. I like to joke and tell people when I started a podcast, I did it without having any idea what to do, why I was doing it. People thought I was crazy. And I got this message. Now, this wasn't, it's interestingly enough, I didn't see this message. I heard it.

I heard that this is a way, this is like a next thing for you. You should do this. Like, this would be great. And it kept like hitting me over the head. You know, I kept getting messages and signs and synchronicities. And I'm like, I don't know how to do a podcast. Like I sat with my guides and I don't even know how to use equipment. Like what, this was well before anybody was even using Zoom. So there wasn't a way to like easily put it all together. And I have to just laugh because I had no idea where it would lead me.

But it led to the most amazing places because I just trusted it. I said yes. Like I did it uncomfortably and said yes. And I...

along the way ended up meeting this radio personality in Colorado who had this podcast contest. She was so wonderful. And because I had been so vulnerably saying yes to something that I had no idea what was going to happen, I think that, you know, like the angels brought her into my path and said, here, this will help you. And I ended up winning that podcast contest. And then I was able to like learn in a real official capacity and get support. But there are just so many ways in which

when you know how to listen and hear, or I say listen as a whole that encompasses everything. Listen to what you see, listen to what you know, listen to what you hear, listen to what you feel like when you listen and be willing to say, well, gosh, darn it. I have no idea where this is going to lead me, but I'm game. You know, it's interesting because we're similar in the way that I too heard about the podcast and I didn't see it. I tend to see more podcasts

And then there's a knowing and then there's the emotional, the empathy aspect of it, but the hearing not quite as much. So I find it fascinating that you heard about your podcast. And maybe it's also the medium because podcast is audio, you know, I don't know. I was just going to say 100% it has to be because it is an audio medium. I love that we have that. I know, it's two to five, ding, ding, ding.

You know, you know what it's like when you start something like this as an adult where people are like, you're going to do what? I know. Well, and I don't know. So mine, when did your podcast start? Do you still have it by the way?

Yes. And I'm on YouTube now, but it's Moon Temple Mystery School or actually with a name like mine, if you just type it in pretty much anywhere, you're going to find me on any platform. I think it was 2018, but it might have been 2017. It could have even been, I actually don't know. I feel like time is blended. Yeah. Mine was 2019 where podcasting had been around from, I mean, been around forever, but

technically radio, but the 2017, 2018, I feel like we're the real pioneers. And I was kind of on that cusp. I had the same reaction you did. I am in PR and marketing and that's what I do. So I feel like I can kind of figure all that stuff out, but I was like the equipment and this and this and what, what are you thinking? But anyway, I love that we both had that kind of experience. I would love to. Especially, especially because it was outside of our CRV. Yeah, exactly. Yeah.

It's amazing how collectively the energy can sometimes be matched on how we receive it. Sometimes there's a lot of commonalities that

People just don't really have a place to go to and talk about it, to figure it out. Yeah. And so before we move into the witch wound and everything, and I apologize, I have not had a chance to listen to your podcast yet. What is the basis and the premise of it? The Moon Temple Mystery School, is it just to create community and share similar to... It's spiritual teachings and...

walking the witch path. And there, you know, I have playlists kind of sorted for that reason, right? Because there's the spiritual path for a lot of people is where we begin. And then, you know, there's these little fractions that come out because we all have different areas of interest. Whereas for me as a practicing witch,

witch I want to I really want to still be able to talk about that because some people want to be very you know like just embrace their spirituality and their soul and their you know what is the highest version of themselves and they don't have an interest in casting spells and interestingly enough Nicole there's a lot of practicing witches that do not want to have anything to do with the reverence of their soul isn't it interesting I look at it like

mindset and magic go hand in hand, but not everybody does. So I talk about both sides of those coins. Okay. Yeah, that's, I'm definitely going to give it a listen because again, to me, I'm finding that

there's the soul aspect of myself and my higher self. And it always goes back to that net connection, but that yet I actually am doing some witchcraft or some rituals and some practices in my day-to-day that I wouldn't necessarily say or would have thought rather that that's what I was doing until I'm opening my eyes up and learning more about it. Yeah. So let's, for those who may be unfamiliar, what is witch wound and how does it show up in our lives?

So let's move into that witch path a little bit. Okay, yeah. Tell me a story. Take me down that journey. I'm going to tell you a story. So let me tell you what happens when you really start to work with the archetype or the energy of the witch. And it's broad. There's many facets to it. But if we go back thousands of years until now, any, primarily women,

Any woman that was really powerful and was sovereign and had the capacity to use her gifts as an oracle or as a healer or as a midwife or as a priestess, as a collective on this planet, we moved from reverence, right? And you're going to see where the line of...

Christianity came in and created, which is a part of this. We're not talking about that, but it is a part of when that switch happened. But there was a time in our history where we went from reverence to the priestesses, to the oracles, to the shamanas of the world. And all of a sudden there was a fear created of that power because there

What we're talking about is power. And when that power became sort of threatening, right? And we can mark time, right? We can mark time with religion. We can mark time with war. We can mark time with, uh,

I don't want to say the patriarchy, but the controls that went into place that wanted all of the humans to be the same and specifically women to be quiet and sit to the side and to be feminine. And there is a portion of men included in this as well. When that change happened, and it still does today, when that change happened, there are large groups of women in different parts of the world that went through

significant persecution. And people consider, you know, like the witch trials to be where this originates from. And it's actually really not. It's way bigger than that. It is persecution of a woman that is powerful. And here's the thing in all of those generations of that happening, it wasn't just women that were persecuted. It was women that did the persecuting.

It was women that to protect their family or to protect their tribe would put other women in the position of being taken down, even just leaked falsely for doing something that would go into the category of witch where they would then have their power taken. So it could be from jealousy, it could be fear. I mean, there was so much happening around power.

Because, you know, this top-down male-driven society wanted to strip power from women, then a lot of women stepped into the place of, okay, well, I'm going to follow this line of power and I'm going to make sure that I'm doing the best that I can so I'm not persecuted, right? And we actually see this happening online now, although I will say cancel culture is kind of winding down. It's changing. But I'm saying this with compassion, not judgment, right? So...

And then in between all of that, there would be these categories of men that would support their women. And then there would be categories of men that would report more women. And all of this struggle around power and the word witch has created many generations of trauma that live inside of our bodies. And because every single human on this planet comes from a woman's body,

then we all for certain have someone in our generational lineage that either was one of the persecuted or was the persecutor. You can't have a grandparent or a great-grandparent that didn't live through some type of trauma around power for women in your lineage. We all do. And I mean, this actually applies to every continent on this planet has that type of trauma embedded in their gene codes.

And because babies are formed in a woman's body and a woman's carrying this trauma, it's been passed around. Now, we just touched on how does it show up today, which is really the important thing. And I give you all that history so you know that when I'm talking about the witch wounding, I'm not just talking about the witch trials and people were hung for practicing magic. I'm talking about the decimation of a woman's power and how we collectively as women participated in it in a multitude of ways.

Because a lot of people want to talk about the witch wound as being the wounded. They don't ever want to talk about the fact, well, holy shit, my ancestors might have been persecutors. And when you start doing a lot of deep Akashic work, you find all these things, right, in your past. So today, where we can see it show up really prevalent in women is specifically in two areas. Number one, in fear of being seen. And number two, fear of speaking their truth.

And there are other reasons and rationale and traumas behind that. I mean, the witch wound isn't the only one, but I do think it's one of the most significant ones that show up on the spiritual path because the idea of embracing something other than traditional religion in the past and in your blood and in your remembrance is the fear of persecution.

I've done a lot of Akashic Records work and clearing witch wounding work with people who actually find out that they carry more fear for people like me in the world than judgment. The witch wound also triggers fear. Now, this is where men come in. A lot of men, because they've also been carried in the bodies of women that carry this wounding,

They will see a lot of women when they step into power, not out of judgment, but out of fear. They worry, like they have fear, like, oh my goodness. And you and I might've experienced that even doing something like podcasting, right? Like there's people in our field that their reaction was probably related to, oh no, she's going to step into power. Oh no, she's going to be seen. Oh no, I actually feel fear, but don't know why I feel fear. So what's going to come out is you're going to do what? Mm-hmm.

And we see this juxtaposition of where we're afraid to be seen and afraid to be heard also in how we treat other women. The competitive part of us, the part of us that has fear of not being enough, where we want to make others small. All of this, I mean, has a facet in the witch wounding.

So I'll leave that there and see what questions you have for me to see if this is making sense. Oh, it absolutely makes sense. When you were talking about there were two, the two questions, fear to be seen, and then also the fear of authenticity, my eyes were tearing up because I felt that for humanity. How many women do you know that do amazing work?

And one-on-one are really good with other humans. But if you put them in a group, they are so afraid to speak up. So small. So small. So small. You know, there might be childhood wounding around that. There might be a thousand reasons why that is. But there is definitely still like one component. I think of it like one thread you can pull. And when you pull that witch wound thread and you look at all the areas of the witch wounding,

you know, ancestrally, generationally, and you research where it sits within your own body. Wow. I mean, there might be other wounds in there too, but that one, that one thread usually unravels the whole thing. It's like you're pulling a thread out of a knitted quilt and all of a sudden the whole thing just goes. Oh gosh, or your sweater.

You got that? Yeah. Yeah, no. So the, because there's so many questions I want to ask and I'm asking my higher self, my spirit team to have a follow-up here is that it feels so massive. So when you say that this witch wound is in all of us because we all come from women and that there are other wounds, but this one in particular is more, I don't want to say prevalent, but it has more of a heightened sense, I feel, of impact in our lives and

where do we start then when we either need to become aware of it, address it? Where's the next place to start? I suspect that your listeners are already doing this. Like if you're walking the spiritual or witch path at all and you've done any shadow work, you're circling it. Even if you haven't like directly head on addressed this in this way, you have probably. Like I'm feeling that intuitively. I would say that

Shadow Work is a place to go for this, even though Shadow Work, like all things, can be a bigger bubble to step into. But the Witch Wound itself is very specific. It is...

shamanic, earth-based, like spread your legs and let your voice howl under a full moon out in nature when there's nobody around or in your car, out of the road, practicing screaming at the top of your lungs, like looking at, you know, where in your energy field in your body do you have scar tissue from maybe not even this lifetime? I mean, I can tell you that so many energy healers and sister witches that I work with, they all detect the exact same thing.

scar tissue and my energy field and my solar plexus from a knife being put through my body, which is one of the ways I've died in the past. It's there, like that scar tissue lives there every single time it is. Now it's healed and it's my solar plexus, you can probably feel it is quite strong, but I have that imprint, right? And so knowing that that's the case,

One of the most powerful things to do when you recognize my words are leading you to a place of, oh, I might have some witch wounding, is to start to note down your triggers around being seen, being heard, and being vulnerable. Like write down what triggers you and do some deep journaling into that. Like why? Why do I feel this way? Where does it come from? And if you don't know, go to your guides.

And I would also say I have this beautiful painting and you can see behind me, I paint in my spare time just a little bit. I have a painting in front of me that you can't see. And it's this goddess that is half drowning in the swamp and behind her are flames and fire. And I would love to tell you a little bit about the swamp. Like the swamp is a really great place to go when you're working on The Witch Wound. And is this something you're familiar with? No, no. Okay. So-

When I was planning one of the Witchfest events, there was a time when I was going into my own astral temple, right? So crossing the veil and journey space or trance space, whatever you want to call it. But to me, I call it my own astral temple. I was visiting that and preparing for this event. And I was like thrust into the swamp.

And I spent weeks visiting in my meditation and journey space in this place. And in this place, at first I was underwater and then we were slowly above water, which is where the painting is from. And there was a lot of beings with me. And as I came, I call them the council, by the way. And when I stepped out of the water and got to the bank with all these beings, I realized that they were all women.

that had died for being leaders or healers or practitioners of some type of healing. And

This was all leading up to Witch Fest. And then when I did the Witch Fest rituals on stage, I did a deep honoring for them and released them. And I ended up going through a keening session, like public keening. I didn't even know what that was. But I'm the kind of person, by the way, that is willing to step aside and channel. So I channeled all these witches and their pain and then released it and moved on. And the swamp is a place where you can go to visit and sit with others and

that aren't alive right now, but that were persecuted in their lifetime. And so however you practice communicating with your spirit guides or spirits as a whole, I recommend inviting the witches that have died for doing what you're doing. Or even if you don't want to call in witches, you might just sit with your guides and say, for those that have suffered wounding similar to me,

Can you show them to me and let them help guide me into my own witch wounding? And then, of course, keep working on your triggers of being seen, being heard and sharing vulnerably. Keep working on that. But you can call in a lot of guidance for those that have probably spent their life and a lot

of pain in the same ways for the same reasons and they can come in, they can support you. And I think the reason why I was feeling the tears and that sadness, which has passed now. So thank you so much for that story is because for me, at least it goes into using my psychic and intuitive abilities and probably why most people are tuning in and listening to the podcast because of

persecution or that because it's who we are and who we are and being authentic and stepping into that power has had so much persecution in the past.

And so I guess that would be my next question is how do we then, in addition to connecting with our guides, in addition to connecting with our higher self or angels or even calling in some of those witches who have had those experiences to help show us the witch wound, what are some ways that we can further embrace or become comfortable, I guess, with who we are in our heart and soul, which is being able to leverage and tap into our psychic and intuitive abilities? Mm-hmm.

Nicole, if I may, just for a moment, I want to speak to you. I want to speak to your audience about you for a moment. I'll give you permission and consent. Thank you. You're welcome. And I want everyone to hear me because I'm speaking to them as much as I'm speaking to you is you are doing it.

I feel like the tears came because you recognize how much you have had to step out of the discomfort of your own wounding to do what it is that you're doing and be seen the way that you're seeing, like giving. You're letting others see you and feel you and hear you. And when you do that, everybody else that's listening knows.

is also clearing those wounds. Energetically, your work is clearing this wound for others. I just want you to sit with that for a minute and your listeners. Yeah, you can feel it.

So that's one way that you can do it, right? It doesn't have to be big ritual, big shadow work, big journaling to clear the wound. Like just even contemplating where and when, like maybe stretch yourself a little. I mean, the next opportunity somebody asks you to share something or to take a picture of yourself or to do something or speak at a meeting, right? Or, you know, talk in front of a group of neighbors, a book club, whatever it is. The next time you make yourself small,

Put your chest up, put your shoulders back, straighten your spine, take a really deep breath into your belly and say, I am me. I am fully me. You can just say that to yourself and try it. Thank you so much for that.

I definitely felt some energy move. Radical accountability, like radical self-confidence, like developing a healthy relationship. And one of the ways that I find that people can start with is to explore your comfort with the word power. Hmm.

Because most of the time when I say that, people think of the corrupt version of power that we've been exposed to in our lifetimes, in our parents' lifetimes. I can list a thousand ways in which power is being abused right now on this planet. So who is it for me to come on this show and tell people to explore your power when we can see it being pushed sideways in so many parts? Well, I can tell you that that's how we address power.

the abuse of power is by recognizing how much of it we have ourselves. And to do that, you have to first accept the fact that you are powerful. And that we were, we are meant to be here to share that, not in a negative sense or a negative way or abuse of power as much as it's empowering to ourselves and to others. It's so interesting to me when I

When I juice up or energize in sessions, you know, a woman who has not yet tasted or felt themselves in their full power, it is like...

It's like the greatest high on the planet is to just feel your own power. And I'll tell you right now, it's like you start cutting those threads to the witch wounding. So that's what I mean. It doesn't have... There's lots of rituals and I have a great shadow work journal that I give to people all the time for free that will help do that. It has rituals and playlists and journal prompts and that will also address it. But don't forget, you just...

calling forth power and feeling it and seeing it in yourself, especially if you're willing to do it in front of a mirror. I mean, imagine writing like a power mantra about yourself and reading it to yourself in front of a mirror. I mean, most people quake looking in front of the mirror anyway, except for when you're getting ready. What if you were to just like stare at yourself in front of the mirror for five minutes and then read yourself a power mantra? I mean, most people are like, what is happening in my body? And I want you to delight in the

energy. Because here's the truth about power. Power is just your ability to amplify your connection to the divine. You can use it for good. You can use it for bad. You can use it in all kinds of different ways. And sometimes we have to push those edges to know where our value system is, especially for witches, especially for those casting spells. You need to have a strong set of values and

but to just feel that in your body of who you are, the fullness of who you are and look at yourself and speak to yourself. Well, mostly when it starts to happen, let me go into the next part is the results of doing this work, whether it's energetically or intentional rituals, the results are the parts of your life that you have allowed in that are meant to keep you small, that are meant to keep you wounded or to fit in the box, start to come into question.

Mm-hmm. In the best way possible. I don't want anybody to think it's like drawing the tower card and everything burns down. It doesn't usually work that way. What happens is new opportunities to do something different or interact in a different way present themselves. Like when you start to try on, it's like, I want you to visualize putting a cloak on that you've never worn before, like the most beautiful cloak made of whatever color you love. Mm-hmm.

And when you put it on, you realize inside the cloak, it's filled with all these pockets of these magical tools that are just for you. You can pull the hood up and be kind of invisible if you want. You can pull the hood back and be loud and proud. The moment you put that cloak on, everything around you starts to adjust because you have energetically adjusted. So what happens after you start to just even look at and feel how the witch wound is appearing is

then the world starts appearing back to you very differently. And it's amazing. And if you want to know something really interesting, Nicole, two years ago, I would have given this discussion. I would have approached this discussion a little differently. Five years ago, I would have approached this discussion a little differently. Eight years ago, I would have approached it differently. And the reason why is because there is more...

more conscious light available to us as a collective of humans on this planet now. And I know you know what I'm saying when I say that. Some people, they're going to be like, what did you just say? I know you get me when I say that. There's collectively more light available right now and levels of consciousness. So

The speed at which it takes us to move through these different layers of our energy body is just different. It's faster. It absolutely is. It's like lightning, like snapping your fingers fast. I try to tell people like, you don't need to spend so much time doing shadow work anymore. You need to do a little bit of it. You need to acknowledge the triggers. But actually, if you do it energetically, it's different. Things are different now. And I would even say as a witch, some of the rituals and spells, again, in those timeframes that I would say are effective.

would be less effective now. There are different effective ones now that work faster, especially when it comes to like direct spirit communication. I just think that it's easier to cross the veil and, you know, live in both the seen and the unseen world simultaneously a little easier. Yeah. No, thank you for that. Because two years ago, there were

I would say a lot. There were a good portion of people that would come to me and ask me about shadow work or working on their trauma and everything. And that's not necessarily what I do. I can certainly help people with that. But I really sat with myself and asked my guides and angels and they said, okay.

We need people to get with it faster. You don't need to spend and that's not fast. You're, you're hacking it and you're, you know, doing yourself a disservice.

call it 3D, 4D, 5D, whatever newer that it doesn't, you don't have to do all the things through the timeframes that you used to be able to. And you have, we have rather so many more resources at our disposal. So thank you very much for sharing that because I, I,

I try not to discount and question when my guides and angels give me messages, but I am human and sometimes have that logic. And I'm like, wait, what? What are you talking about? And anyway. Make haste. Well, okay. So I have two things to say to that. First of all, if anyone wants to do, like wants the shadow work, like do,

deep raw work. I do that. I will happily title myself as a shadow walker. One of the most powerful places I take people in trance state is into the underworld as a means to explore quickly what's hidden, like what's hidden in those fields in order to excavate it. I almost feel like I excavate in the underworld with the person and help bring it, like bubble it to light. So

People want shadow walker work. I'm here for that. She's your girl. She's your girl. Go ahead. I'll go into the shadows with you. And then secondly, I have a really funny, interesting, kind of enlightening story to tell you on this topic of how fast we can move through shadow work.

So one of my one-on-one coaching clients that I work with, she's amazing. She's doing such deep work on herself. She's going through a lot of transformation. And funny enough, she is an oracle. I truly believe that she is starting to open her channel to beings outside of the planet, which is really fascinating because she's currently in a military school.

Like, just think about that. Like that to me is I'm like, oh, we got people in the right places. I mean, it might seem like it's not aligned. But to me, when we start infiltrating places where we need more powerful lightworkers, I get excited. Well, a part of working with me, of course, is to see where you're still triggered and where you're working on your shadows. And so she had embarked in the Dark Goddess Mysteries, which I did and held last fall.

Which is a 30-day process because to me, you go in the shadows, you do your work and you get out and you keep going. We don't go, we don't stay in the underworld. And she did. So it was a couple of months after like starting the Dark Goddess Mysteries where she's doing her shadow work where I met with her one day and we were having our session and she appeared on the screen and she looked unwell.

Like she looked like, you know, her skin was a little pale. I could tell that her hair lacked a little luster. She was not feeling great. She had low energy. And honestly, she had just stayed too long in the dense, heavy energy.

And so we're having this conversation and she's telling me these things that happened to her when she was a child. And she's telling me all the ways in which these people expect this from her. And this person in this family treats her this way. And this is how, and I listened. And when she was done, I looked at her and I smiled and I said, well, are you done with all that yet? And I just paused because she was listening, but I've done, this has happened to me and this has happened to me. And I, I, I already did the,

Like the empathy, compassion piece, like we already did the shadow work piece, but I feel, I could feel her looping in it. And so I said, are you done with that now? And I smiled and she like dropped her pen on her desk and I could see her hands went on her hips.

And she's like, I so am. I so am. And I'm like, okay, well then it's time to come out of the shadows. Don't sit with it too long. Don't sit. No. And that's what, like, and really the change in her, I just felt like it was just dense energy, right? It's grieving. And although we all grieve at different times,

in life. But when you're choosing to step into the shadows, you should be choosing when to step back out. I always give containers, right? Even in my shadow work journal, I tell you exactly how long I want you to do this and how long to do this and then get out and stop doing that. And you can do that several times with space in between for integration. But it should be a little bit. So I thought that might be helpful when we were talking about... No, thank you. Yeah, no, thank you for sharing that because that's a beautiful example of...

I think there's the choice, okay? Because I realized and recognized years and years and years ago at one point where, I guess I'll say it, I was the victim of circumstance in life and I was sick of myself. And I said, I choose to no longer be in this state, this energy, this frequency. I choose to step into and do it this way. And the moment I made that, I was driving, I'll never forget it. The light turned green. Yeah.

And I was like, I'm choosing. Now, as I go through this light, then this green light, I'm leaving it all behind me. And I felt this huge shift. So whatever that looks like for you, that was only for me. And, you know, I still have to make choices. It wasn't just I left everything behind in that moment. But yes. Okay. But that was a spell. That was. I know. I know. That's what I said. I think I'm doing things unintentionally. Well, I mean, intentionally, of course, but not realizing the connection to it. Mm-hmm.

Well, if you think of a stoplight as liminal space. So you basically created a crossroads. You came to a crossroads, which we all have many metaphorical, energetic and physical crossroads every day. Every time you walk through a doorway, you're crossing a threshold. You were sitting at a threshold and you're like, that's it. That's it. I'm done. I'm done. And the universe

It's just like, okay, great. Drive through this light. I didn't leave it for anyone else to pick up. Now, next time I'm back in Atlanta at that particular light, I'm going to have to do something. Well, here's a recommendation for you. Lean out your window and sprinkle some flowers, something from the earth, just as a blessing and a gratitude because the earth probably like nature probably just absorbed it and transmuted it.

you just give an offering outside to nature for holding you in that spot. I, you know, sometimes if you drive behind me, you'll see flower petals falling out my window. I'm going to have to put some in my car now. So in addition to the tissues and the chapstick, I'm going to put some little petals in my car now moving forward. Okay. What does reclaiming your power look like in the context of healing? We've given some examples, but how does, how could it show up for people? Starting to play with how

how deeply you are choosing to create your life the way that you want. We know, I mean, you and I both know that when we were, if we were really intentional about our choices and I really love that you brought that up, that you realized you were making a choice. Now, listen, people, you might need to go to therapy. Like people might need therapy or a different type of body. Oh, I was in therapy and I was tired. Yeah. Right. I was like, it's not working anymore. I say therapy works neck up and the work I do is neck down. Right. Because it still lives in your body, but

Starting to test and play with your own edges of the creator that you are, meaning, and this isn't about manifesting, this is about just knowing more about yourself. Like, what do you like? Like, how can you have more play and more fun in your day? And it doesn't matter what you do, how much money you make or what your family consists of.

everybody can ask themselves like, what do I really like? What makes me really happy? And if you start doing the things that make you really happy, you start realizing that you're spending a lot of time doing things that don't make you happy. Now, of course, let's talk this through in terms of a ritual, like let's make this a full spell. So my invitation would be is

If you have felt like you've started to do some work and you started to see movement, and I mean movement as in you started to address where those triggers might be. And it doesn't have to be separate rituals. You can do this concurrently while doing shadow work, as an example. You can do this concurrently as going to therapy. We have the capacity to hold healing and grief and where we've been triggered and wounding and expansion.

Okay. We're really powerful. Especially for the women listening, you birth humans out of your body. You can hold grief and healing and expansion at the same time. So now that we've established that, let's talk about this expansion part. So let's make it into a ritual. So I would start with

And this is how I would write it out on your papers. I would start with the mirror work that we talked about. So committing to a 21-day cycle of sitting in front of the mirror, reading to yourself, from yourself, about yourself, the things that you know are really f***ing amazing about you. Everybody knows the things that you're really good at. Even if we don't get validation from the outside world, deep inside of you, you know there's some things you're really good at.

We just have been conditioned to not talk about it or to not seek validation for ourselves. Actually, we've been taught to seek validation. And if we don't have validation, we don't believe it. But start with what are the things that you're really good at? So I'm going to do a little test with you, Nicole. I'm going to look at you. I'm going to look at you for a moment and imagine that if I was you and I was speaking in front of a mirror, even without knowing what your power words would be, I'm going to give you some. Okay. Hit me. What are my power words?

So Nicole, and this is how you would speak to yourself. You're going to speak to yourself like you are a separate person because you're sitting in the mirror. So you're going to say, Nicole, wow, you have overcome so much to get here today. You're doing important work. People count on you as a leader and as a way shower. You have the capacity to tap into so much knowledge through your psychic gifts and it changes people's lives, even your own.

You are doing an amazing job and I see you just the way that you are today. And I'm proud of you. Oh, felt that. Thank you. Yeah. So you hear that example, right? Like I know these things about you. Like we all know these things about ourselves. I love it when people include in their power words the ways in which you've overcome challenges because-

It's easier for us to see what, you know, because doing all of this work doesn't mean the future is going to be any easier. It just means we are going to navigate it easier because we know more. And one of the most powerful ways to do that is to remind yourself how much you've already been through. Do we forget? Do we forget what's behind us? I mean, if we were to, anyway, so.

Number one, create a power statement, commit to 21 days in front of a mirror speaking to yourself, these power statements about yourself. Number two, sit with your favorite colored candle, maybe some incense if you work with any incense and explore the ways in which you want to amplify your power in the world. Explore it. And this could be through journaling, this could be through painting, this could be through art, this could be through drawing.

And I want you to keep using the word power because it has, words have power, right? Themselves, words have potency. And when you play with, for example, I might write, I want to be more powerful in the way that I speak words on podcasts. So when people hear me, they can feel how deeply I want them to know that they matter.

Like that's me exploring how I'm going to bring more power into the world. So that's number two. So look at this, like we're looking at a ritual here. So you're going to sit in front of a mirror, speak power words to yourself. Then you're going to sit down with a candle and with incense. And then you're going to explore how are you going to show more of your own power into the world? And then lastly, what's one thing you can do that day that's fun, that brings you joy? So this is like a five step, yet super easy ritual.

And it's a 21-day ritual, if you haven't noticed. So you do this for 21 days now. If you have a partner or a spouse, bring them in. Like have them be doing it at the same time because a lot of times when we want to do the fun part, we want to do it with someone. If not, ask a friend. You know, call up. If you have a Nicole, like I'm speaking here. Anyone want to do this with me? DM me. Yes. Yes. Yes. And then do something fun with that person because if you're doing this, I'm telling you at the end of these 21 days,

your life will look completely different. You will have gained confidence. You will have gained more knowledge on where you see yourself still as not powerful. And what you're actually going to realize is you are so powerful. So I hope that that was good. Yeah, no, thank you so much. I kept hearing when you were talking, people need to better understand the breadth and depth of their power.

And whatever that is, and however they feel comfortable with it to, and this is one way, and thank you again for sharing it, that people can do that. But then also taking the action and seeing, as you mentioned, because that was going to be my next question, what results do they get? But it's probably going to look different for every single person out there, depending on what their power statements are and where they are at that moment in time in their life.

Yes. And let me tell you, listening to this alone is going to get them, okay, maybe a 10%, a little boost towards the direction of reclaiming power. Doing, you know, a few little things around clearing shadow work might get you to 40% of reclaiming some power. But if you do the rituals that I just gave or something like that, there's lots of us that teach these, you know, power type rituals, you can use any of them. You actually have to do the thing.

You have to do the thing. Listening here, if people think of bringing knowledge in or listening to others' experiences or watching more videos or reading more things is going to do it, that's not actually doing it. That's just learning about it.

I want to tell you that the most important way to start to really explore confidence, creative energy in your life to make your life any way that you want it to be is by doing the things that bring you more power. And let me remind you that more power is more energetic connection between you and the divine. Mm-hmm.

But you have to do it. This is an action thing. And the doing it is because then you are experiencing it. You're going to feel it. And of course, the ritual I gave you includes all the elements. It has all kinds of like little undertones of magic, but it doesn't really matter when you feel it.

It goes, that's how it goes. That's the movement. Well, thank you so, so much for that. And before we break and you share about how people can connect with and learn more about you or your offerings, what are the biggest or the most common myths and misconceptions in the line of work that you do that you would like to clarify here and remove from people's preconceived notions?

Let's do it just with the word witch. How's that? Yes, that's... Yeah. Okay. Some common misconceptions is that all witches are psychics and all psychics are witches. Not the case. That all witches walk a spiritual path. Not the case. That all witches practice either just...

And I don't like to use these. I'm going to say right and left hand path. If people don't know what those mean, it's actually would be formally known as like white magic or black magic. But that's actually to me racist. So I don't use that. But just so I'm understanding the left hand path would be baneful magic. The right hand path would be all love and light magic.

there's a lot of things that people don't understand about that. But the thing is, is that all of us are choosing our own values every day and every decision we make. And it's the same with something like witchcraft. Like we all know good people. We all know people that aren't good. It's the same for witches. Another common misconception is that brooms are only used in television. Not true. I've got many. I got my first broom.

And it's hanging by my door. Yeah, but I think it's hanging in the, wait, I think it's hanging down. Aren't I supposed to hang it up? Listen, you can- Does it not matter? Is that a misconception? Misconception. You should do what feels good for you with a broom. I would say that I would want you to use the broom. It has a purpose. So if you're using it in the way that feels good to you,

That's the best. That's a very good, I love that you just found that misconception. There isn't necessarily a right way or a wrong way. There is an energetic way. A preference, like a preference based on how you feel or what resonates. Yes. Yes. And I say that and I'm like, well, I mean, there are lots of things that I've

art really should be done a certain way for it. Let me give you an example. Certain rituals and spells that I cast, I use different mudras, which are hand symbols that move around my body that come with words and sounds and tones. As a high priestess, they're rituals that are based on the Golden Dawn tradition. So we do these really big elaborate ceremonies. And

You have to do them, for example, in a sunwise direction, which is clockwise. If you did them the opposite way, you would be trying to reverse what it is that you're doing. So there, I mean, yes, there are some preferences and yes, there are some fundamentals. And that is something that's really good to research, right? Like all the correspondences to spell work, that should be researched and followed. Yes. So let me think if I can come up with one more misconception.

I think that that might have covered it. Those are the commonly asked questions. I, believe it or not, get asked a lot if I'm a good witch or a bad witch. Let me answer that for you. No, I'm just kidding. Do you want to know my answer to it? Depends on the day? Depends on the definition of good versus bad.

I just heard it depends. I didn't know what you were going to say, but I heard it depends. See, your hearing was spot on. It depends on how you classify good versus bad. If I am doing work for a student or a client that knows someone that has a child suffering abuse and I open a portal to suck the abuser's energy down into it until they clean themselves up or the legal system resolves it, would you consider that good or bad?

These are all these kind of like personal preferences and values. And I'm not saying I do that often. That is a rarity. Yes, I hear you. Well, thank you so much.
