Today I want to show you how to use the law of assumption to turn your dreams into reality. So, how can you assume that you already are that which you want to manifest? How can you assume that you already have what you want?

How can you assume a state where the desire that you have is already yours? Well, the first step is of course to define what you actually desire. And this is something that I mention quite often because it's just so important because so many people define all kinds of desires

that they've seen on an Instagram account where they don't have a real desire for the things that they apparently want. And they then say, oh yeah, I want to fly with a private jet, even though they don't even want to fly with a private jet. I mean, if you want to, more power to you, don't get me wrong. But a lot of people, they look at an Instagram account and they then say, okay, that's what I'm supposed to want. Or...

Even worse in this case, by conditioning from society, from their parents, this is the outcome that you have to want. But I really want to ask you, what is it that you want? I mean...

I, for example, in the beginning of my, yeah, I don't want to say my manifestation career, but in the beginning of my life, I thought to myself, and yeah, beginning of my life might be a weird way of putting it, but let's say with 18, 19, when I was finishing high school and then studying, I thought that what I want to do is to live in an apartment, a luxury apartment in Germany and drive an Audi and then tell people, haha, I made it.

And I neither want to have the Audi because I don't like driving, I don't like cars in particular, and I also don't want to live in Germany. So everything that I thought I wanted is not really what I wanted, because what I want is to be at the beach in tropical weather with my sandals, my beloved Birkenstocks, and to then enjoy the sunshine. That's what I truly want. So what is it that you want?

First define your desire in a way where it truly reflects your inner desire, your true authentic desire of how you want to live your life, the way you want to live your life, how you want to experience your reality. And then I invite you to go into the imaginal act. I invite you to turn this

Yeah, this intention into a clear picture, a clear picture of the future that you want to live. And to don't just make it clear in the sense of you looking at a picture, but you want to immerse yourself into it. Always remember the imaginal act is an active process where you immerse yourself in the best case scenario truly and fully into your manifestation, which means you immerse yourself into the possibility that everything that you want to experience happens

is already a part of your reality. And the only way for you to convince your subconscious mind that it is already a part of your reality is to make you the main protagonist of the movie that you create.

And I know that I just mentioned that I'm not the biggest fan of cars and I don't want to manifest a car. But let's take the example of a sports car. Let's say in this case you're different than me, which is totally okay, and you really want a vroom vroom vroom, you want a Porsche. Let's say it like this: You want a Porsche. And yes, in Germany we say Porsche, we don't say Porsche. So anyway, let's say you want a Porsche and you then say to yourself: "How can I manifest this damn car?"

Can I manifest it by seeing the car in my imagination? By just looking at it from the outside? I would say not really, because does this give you a feeling of "Wow, I already own this car"? Most likely not. You will just look at it and say "Yup, that's a beautiful car, I want it." But remember, when you still say in your imagination or you still feel in your imagination "I want it", that means you don't have it yet.

Because if you already had it, you wouldn't even say "I want it", you would say "Hey, it feels like I already have it, it's already in my reality". So how can we turn this picture into an imaginal act that gives you the feeling that you already have what you want? You do it by immersing yourself into it. And the first step of immersing yourself into it is to sit in that car.

to not look at it as a third-person observer, but to see yourself sitting in it. As if you're playing Need for Speed. I don't know if that video game series still exists, but I remember as a kid I was always playing with one of my best friends, Need for Speed. Need for Speed, the old, old, old versions, but anyway, let's not talk about that right now. Let's focus on the imaginal act. What I want you to picture is that you, just like you play Need for Speed, from this perspective of being inside of the car,

You are, or let's say if you play GTA or whatever game with cars, you see the steering wheel in front of you. You see your hands touching the steering wheel. You feel the steering wheel. You feel the leather. Oh, this beautiful leather. You smell the leather.

And you then have to fart really long and you smell that in the car. Not just kidding, let's not include that in the picture. But anyway, you smell the leather, you smell the... Oh god. You smell the new car, you look at your hands in the steering wheel, and you then feel the engine like...

of that Porsche. Ooh, does that sound good? And you then feel your foot on the pedal of the, yeah, the gas pedal, that's how it's called, the gas pedal. You then feel it on that and you go pedal to the metal and whoom! And you just feel absolutely amazing in this imaginal act. And

It feels for you as if you already have what you want because you fully immersed yourself in this reality. You are fully and completely immersed in it and oh my god does it feel good.

Holy moly, does it feel good! That's the feeling I want you to have. That's the feeling I want you to embrace. This feeling of "I am already in this reality". Because according to the law of assumption we have to assume the state of the wish fulfilled and the only way for you to assume it is to really immerse yourself into the imaginal act. But of course that's not enough. You also want to follow a strict mental diet as Neville Goddard

always talks about it. And a mental diet is about more than just affirming certain affirmations. I mean, it can be a part of it, and it should be a part of it. Because always remember, every affirmation is also a thought in itself, and every thought that you think, no matter if you're thinking it consciously or unconsciously, is an affirmation that again reaffirms a certain state.

But let's say, for example, you want to be successful, you want to be abundant, and you then say to yourself all day long, I am abundant, I'm successful. And then you, and I'm very sorry that I now have to take an example from Germany, but you then watch RTL, which is a German channel.

which is a German television station, at 3pm, where you see all kinds of people who are in poverty and who then bash each other's heads in and who say, this person betrayed me, and the other person screams from the rooftop, no, this person betrayed me, I want my 20 bucks back or I kill him. And you then watch that kind of TV. That is not how you assume a state of abundance. You

You assume a state of abundance by, yes, going on a mental diet and repeating "I am abundant" or "I make X amount of dollars each month", but by then also watching business class reviews instead of such stupid TV drama. Or by, for example, watching documentaries about wealthy people. Or by watching TV shows about money, about a lot of money. That's how you do that. That's how you become rich and wealthy.

I mean, for example, I'm addicted to this TV show "Billions". It's really amazing. I love the acting and I love the TV show. But anyway, you have to focus every aspect of your being, every aspect of your life on creating this new reality. You can't simply assume a state by seeing it from the outside and by saying "la-di-da-di-da, I'm gonna repeat a few affirmations". You have to go all in.

Act as if, live as if your reality is already a part of you. And this is something that I, for example, also did in my physical healing journey. I mean, I was consuming because I love basketball, but not just for that reason, actually for a healing reason. I was watching all the time.

And while I was watching it, while I was bedridden, not even able to move properly, I visualized myself doing the same thing and doing a layup and jumping and being able to play basketball. And I also believe that this strict mental diet helped me to...

heal my body, to assume the feeling of being already healthy. I mean, imagine for a moment, imagine if back then I would have spent my time watching hospital TV shows with people breaking their legs and screaming in pain. That would have not benefited me at all on this healing journey, because I would have put myself in a state of consciousness and therefore in an assumption of

Yep, I mean, everybody's bedridden, so I'm as well. But because I did the opposite and I consumed, as part of my mental diet, I consumed basketball games and how it would feel like to jump again and to do these things without pain,

That's what contributed to my healing journey. And that's what I invite you to think about, to really assume that state with your mind, with what you consume and with the imaginary act. And the more you do that, the more you will then be guided to a reality in which what you want can reflect and can materialize in your physical reality.
