When the holiday season is in full swing, tensions are high and it's challenging to stay grounded. There is a tendency to over commit, and overworked. When you're working all year and losing inspiration, as a creative, it's challenging to find that spark and that excitement and bring it everyday. The girls talk strategies to stay motivated, grounded and inspired. No matter what field you're in, staying 'inspired' means staying in the game of life.

Our question this week comes from a listener who is writing in about a mysterious object found in...um....her lady parts. After that initial shock they run through the real question, about expectations, and what each one of us 'deserves' in relationships.
