Brett co-founded Tiney.co in 2018,with a vision to enable affordable childcare for parents, high quality early education for children and amazing careers for childminders.

Previously, he founded and led Teach First, building it into a $100 million company, and co-founded Teach For All, serving in various leadership roles for 12 years. He stepped down as CEO of Teach First in October 2017.
