Call it limiting beliefs, or anxiety, dealing with internal turmoil is an essential skill of any leader today.

Traditionally in business this was not something that was given much attention to.

As a result many CEOs have fallen victim to focusing only on the external pressures (driving profitability, managing teams, creating efficient processes etc) neglecting their own needs.
