- Read books or articles related to education and coaching
- Connect with other instructional coaches or educators through social media or online forums
- Attend a virtual or in-person meetup with other coaches
- Participate in a coaching book club
- Attend a coaching retreat or seminar
- Participate in a coaching mentorship program
- Take time for personal reflection and goal-setting for the upcoming school year
- Engage in a new hobby or activity to recharge and refresh their mind and body
