It's so, so easy to get familiar with the breath until you're suffocating, so easy to get familiar with food until you have none, so familiar for you to get familiar with the sky until there is none, so easy to get familiar with life until it's taken, so easy to get familiar with this Earth, with the companions in this life, with all things. And all that familiarity is not on the outside, that familiarity my friends, is you being familiar with You.
There is no cause and effect. The Universe simply mirrors to you the full embodied living of you whether you live life fully as a wild love finding the Beloved seeking the Beloved, realising the Beloved or whether you just live the normal images in your mind, not seeing that they are actually just that.. images, fake apparitions, a ghost.
It is You that has no beginning and no end, it is You that is the only singularity, the only event unfolding itself in the here and now. It's so easy to just store and store images, not realising what this instrument does and even what it's made of. For you to keep your heart, your mind, your belly all deep reservoirs of the Beloved absolutely aligned and in tune.. with no right or wrong, please I'm not speaking of right or wrong, I'm speaking of You realising You.. never getting familiar.. that you need a certain thing to be You.
So, easy just to fall into a limited reality when You are the vibrant Soul of the Universe, who's light sheds and carry's worlds upon worlds. And without travelling you do have the possibility of opening to greater depths of What You Are. And here is just one very wonderful place to birth on the Earth more of the deeper levels you are realising. But there are other levels of You birthing other levels of You, which would actually outshine this level unless You outshine this level by remembering Who You Are. Then this level is not outshined, it is the shining.
You are shining the sun, You are shining the stars. It's happening naturally. But to realise it and respond to this, this knowledge, this gnosis. So, you see to, as it were, partake in gnosis you have to understand your need to know your Self. And to know your Self you're going to need compassion otherwise you won't be able to love your Self. And certainly, you won't be able to love another as your Self because another is your Self, for there's only one Self.
