While I like to record all the tracks at once for efficiency, spacing out the recordings can create a more varied performance. Emma and Vicky could only record once track a month but each recording had a clear concept form the last one.
In this one, Emma used the rain hoop and ocean drum during the piece while Vicky played the bowls in the background. This was unique because, the bowls usually take precedence in the session. This is also an example of how great having another pair of hands can really make each session unique.
