While Bitcoins long-term holder supply reaching ATHs, the 24 volume of stable coins has gown down to $67 Billion ( Not surprising ) Of this $67 Billion Tether.to still accounts for $60 Billion ( almost double of Bitcoins trading volume). Speaking of stable coins, the Biden administration is considering regulating stablecoin issuers as banks, this would mean they will have to register as Banks. The issuers of the stable coin are in control of the creation, managing & supply of its coins so probably does make sense? In the case of Bitcoin, no one is in charge of the creation, managing & supply of its issuance.
