Chapters
Title 42 is a public health order allowing the Border Patrol to quickly return illegal immigrants to Mexico during a public health emergency. It was initially implemented during COVID-19 but has been used by the Biden administration as a crutch to avoid enforcing immigration laws. The impending end of Title 42 is expected to lead to a significant increase in illegal immigration.
