I'm Thomas Small, and in Season 2 of Conflicted, my co-host Eamon Dean and I will be exploring how these recent events signal the end of the New World Order, America's vision of a globalized world of free markets, the rule of law, and an American military umbrella. Iran says it will take revenge for the US killing of its most powerful military commander. General Qasem Soleimani died when his convoy was hit by a US drone at Baghdad airport.
