Several pre-inaugural events are planned today for President-elect Trump a day before he returns to the Oval Office. One day before he's inaugurated as the 47th U.S. President, President-elect Trump will take part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.
In the afternoon, he'll hold a rally at Capital One Arena, which seats about 20,000 people. The Make America Great Again victory rally is set to start at 3 o'clock Eastern. In a statement, Monumental Sports and Entertainment, which owns the arena, says it has been offered to every administration, regardless of party, for decades.
