Remembering Pope Francis. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Maloney said we're saying goodbye to a great shepherd while President Trump ordered flags to have staff after the death of the leader of the Catholic Church was announced this morning. He was 88 years old. The Pope had a stroke. He went into a coma.
and later died of heart failure. This is after he had battled a series of health concerns throughout his life, and it was just earlier this year that he was hospitalized for about five weeks after coming down with pneumonia. Now, he became pope in 2013 after Pope Benedict XVI stepped down. Pope Francis advocated for migrants' rights. He wanted to call
for the end of the war in Gaza. Fox's Alex Hogan in Rome. President Trump also said he and the First Lady will attend the Pope's funeral. A federal judge in Oregon has ordered the federal government to restore the visa status of two international students who attended school in the States, saying the students, one from Mexico, the other from Great Britain, had their visas terminated without any notice or meaningful explanation.
Harvard University has sued the Trump administration over threats to cut federal funding. Harvard's lawsuit aims to block the Trump administration from freezing $2.2 billion in federal funding, alleging the cuts are unlawful and beyond the government's authority. The freeze follows the university saying it wouldn't comply with the government's demands, which include hiring a third party to conduct an audit of the viewpoints of its student body and staff.
The Trump administration has claimed universities, including Harvard, allowed anti-Semitism on campus. Fox's Kristen Goodwin. Nadine Menendez, the wife of former Senator Bob Menendez, has been convicted on bribery charges. Bob Menendez was convicted on similar charges last year. A jury of seven women and five men have been chosen for the New York retrial of Harvey Weinstein. Opening statements are expected Wednesday. America's listening to Fox News.

China warns nations against making trade deals with the United States. China says that if the U.S. makes any deals at the expense of China, then it's going to, quote, take countermeasures in a reciprocal manner. And some experts are warning that Beijing could try to strike deals with European countries, for example, that are too good for those countries to refuse at the expense of the United States.
But President Trump doesn't seem deterred from his plan, posting on Truth Social about the country's trying to reach agreements with his administration, saying,
Fox Business' Grady Trimble at the White House. The leading pharmacy chain will be paying a hefty price for filling invalid opioid prescriptions. The Justice Department announced a $300 million settlement with Walgreens Boots Alliance and various subsidiaries to resolve claims that the pharmacy chain illegally filled millions of invalid prescriptions for opioids and other controlled substances. Walgreens attempted to get payment for many of those invalid prescriptions by Medicare and other federal health care programs.
According to the allegations, Walgreens pharmacists filled prescriptions despite red flags indicating they were highly likely invalid because they lacked a legitimate medical purpose. In addition, Walgreens will owe $50 million if the company is sold, merged or transferred before 2032. Fox's Hillary Marske drones pose an increasing risk to airliners near major U.S. airports as according to an analysis by the Associated Press.
which finds last year drones accounted for nearly two-thirds of reported near mid-air collisions involving commercial aircraft taking off and landing at major U.S. airports. Over the last decade, a majority of such incidents involved drones. Safety experts say a collision between a jet and drone could be catastrophic. I'm Lisa LaSara. This is Fox News.
