More concerns for air travelers today as ground delays affected passengers in both Atlanta and Newark, New Jersey. Recent tech failures, delays and other mishaps have many people hesitant to fly. The ground stop at Newark has been lifted, but there's still tons of delays and it's all
because of yet another air traffic control outage. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says that he blames this on outdated systems and says despite these recent incidents, it is safe to fly, but says this is all still very concerning. One of the latest incidents at Newark happening Friday, air traffic control lost communication with the plane for 90 seconds, all during another ground stop.
