Thousand acres has burned across Southern California in this firestorm, and they continue to burn. This is the Palisades fire. We've seen an increase in fire activity. Firefighters face a tough battle with more wins to come. Officials are saying people should not be entering into the fire zone. We've seen residents trying to get in, trying to see what's left of their homes. But unfortunately, they're just not allowed in. Police have been stopping them. When it comes to the rebuilding process, obviously so much does need to be rebuilt.

They identified themselves. They told Jabbar to get out. He began shooting from behind an airbag. Cops returned fire and they finally killed him. Now, citing the ongoing investigation and pending litigation, cops won't say exactly how many shots Jabbar fired or how many were fired at him. Fox's Kevin Cork.
And we're seeing a federal report on the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. It includes the department's findings on the massacre where white Tulsans tried to destroy a black community known as Black Wall Street. Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clark says the Tulsa Race Massacre stands out as a civil rights crime unique in its magnitude, barbarity, racist hostility and its utter annihilation.
Despite the findings, the report says no avenue of prosecution now exists for crimes that occurred during the massacre. The youngest potential defendants would today be more than 115 years old.
