A shooting last night in South Florida leaves a woman, an infant, and two toddlers dead and two other people injured. Federal Judge James Boasberg is taking on another case against the Trump administration, the lawsuit over the Signal Chat leak. The government watchdog group American Oversight filed this new suit. It alleges Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other officials in the chat violated the Federal Records Act by texting about the U.S. bombing attack on the Houthis on March 15th.
The Trump administration insists Judge Boasberg was biased in his order to stop migrant deportations. Now some Republicans are demanding Boasberg resign from this new lawsuit case. The Trump administration appealed Judge Boasberg's order to stop deporting migrants under the Alien Enemies Act. An appeals court ruled in favor of Boasberg's order 2-1.
Fox's Matt Fenn. Prosecutors in New York City charged three postal workers with kidnapping an unconscious co-worker. Police say it was at an after-work party when the trio dragged the woman into the back of a mail truck and attempted to rape her. The woman telling cops she felt woozy and passed out. That's when she says the men took her outside and tried to sexually assault her. Someone called police and officers arrived to hear her cries for help and find
one of the men with his pants unzipped. Police say the woman's pants were undone as well. Gary Baumgarten, Fox News. The trailer is out for Alec Baldwin's film, Rust. Set in 1880s Kansas, the movie follows an orphan named Lucas McAllister, who's sentenced to hang after accidentally killing a rancher. When his fate would have it, his infamous grandfather died.
