Fox's Ashley Strohmeyer has the latest. 57-year-old Vance Bolter is accused of assassinating Democratic Minnesota State Representative Melissa Horton and her husband and severely injuring State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.

They managed to escape last week after a disturbance at the facility. Senator Andy Kim of New Jersey said he was told by ICE that the four broke through a wall in a unit that led to an exterior wall and into a parking lot. Lawyers for some of the detainees said the disturbance started when people in the center were not being given meals.
