This is a Fox News alert. The deal is done. I'm Lisa Lucera. Israel's cabinet has approved a ceasefire and hostage release with Hamas. That agreement was first announced earlier this week by Israel, Hamas, U.S. and Qatari officials. Now a ceasefire is expected to start this Sunday. The first of the Israeli hostages are to be released soon after.
Palestinian prisoners will be released only after Israeli hostages are in Israel's control. A total of 33 hostages are to be freed by Hamas over six weeks in exchange for hundreds of Palestinians imprisoned by Israel.

Next week's inauguration for President-elect Trump is moving indoors because dangerously cold temperatures are predicted. President-elect Trump will take the oath of office Monday from inside the Capitol Rotunda. The decision was made, the president-elect says, because the weather forecast for Washington with the windchill factor could take temperatures to severe record lows. The Rotunda has hosted inaugurations before, most recently for President Reagan's second term in 1985.
The National Weather Service is predicting temperatures fall to 22 degrees at noon on Monday. That would make it the coldest inauguration since Reagan's second inauguration when temperatures plunged to 7 degrees. Fox's Jared Halpern at the White House. Sentences coming in a land corruption case involving a parcel of land the couple received as an alleged bribe from a real estate tycoon through the Al-Qadir Trust.

Connecticut Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal is urging Delta Airlines and DraftKings to end a partnership to offer in-flight gaming to passengers. Blumenthal sent letters to the company citing a 1962 law which outlaws gambling on commercial aircraft. The companies did not announce specifics on what type of gaming they would offer.
The federal government is suing a leading beverage maker over illegal practices. The Federal Trade Commission claims that PepsiCo has engaged in illegal price discrimination by giving unfair price advantages to a big box retailer at the expense of other vendors and consumers.
