President-elect Trump says changes are coming to the Justice Department and the FBI, but a new poll finds not many Americans have faith in those changes. About two in ten adults are extremely or very confident that the Justice Department will act in a fair and nonpartisan manner during the second Trump term. That's according to an Associated Press-Norris Center for Public Affairs research poll. Republicans are more split.

Night Shyamalan went on trial Tuesday facing allegations that his Apple TV Plus series Servant copied from an independent film, The Truth About Emmanuel. Italian board director Francesca Gregorini is suing Shyamalan and Apple for $81 million, claiming the show stole key elements from her 2013 movie.
During opening statements in federal court in Riverside, California, Grigoreni's attorney argued that both the film and TV series feature a delusional mother caring for a doll as if it were a real baby and a nanny who supports the illusion.
