President Trump is about to address world leaders. I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News, and he'll do it virtually while they're gathered at a World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the day after the president warned he could hit Russia with sanctions and tariffs if it doesn't work out a deal to end the war in Ukraine. Now, NATO's leader is also there, concerned about the alliance in Ukraine. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says members need to spend more money now to shore up their defense.

As federal agents conduct raids in some cities starting to carry out his plans for mass deportations after record illegal immigration, the president tells Fox's Hannity. This was a gross miscarriage of common sense to allow people to come in. Later today, a legal challenge goes to court in Seattle to block a Trump order that aims to undo something in the Constitution. That new wildfire in the Los Angeles area adds to a widespread disaster there that President Trump will get an eye on tomorrow. And it's not the only disaster area he'll go. As the president tells Fox, he wants to reform FEMA and the way we handle natural disasters.
President Trump says FEMA has been getting in the way of states recovering from hurricanes, tornadoes and other disasters. In an interview with Sean Hannity, the president said he plans to have a big discussion about the agency's future. I'd rather see the states take care of their own problems. President Trump pointed to Oklahoma.
