Fox Sports Update. The Thunder and Pacers played the first NBA Finals Game 7 since 2016, and defense made the difference. Deflected by Hochstein. Throws it ahead. Wallace goes up to the layup. It's good!

Courtesy ABC, the Thunder scored 32 points off turnovers to pull away in the second half and win 103-91. League MVP Shea Gilgis-Alexander with 29 points, 12 assists, and adds a Finals MVP to his resume. The Pacers played without star guard Tyrese Halliburton after he left the game in the first quarter with an Achilles injury.

Meanwhile, a two-time Finals MVP has been traded in a blockbuster deal. Phoenix sending 15-time All-Star Kevin Durant to Houston in exchange for Jalen Green, Dylan Brooks, the No. 10 pick in Wednesday night's draft, and five second-round picks. The Rockets hoping the addition of Durant makes them a championship contender.

The Panthers only needed six games this year to wrap up their second straight Stanley Cup. Sunday, the team celebrated with fans along Fort Lauderdale Beach with a championship parade. LSU finished off a dominant run to the program's eighth College World Series championship, their second in three years. The Tigers topped Coastal Carolina 5-3 in the clincher. Co-aces Kate Anderson and Anthony Ionson combined to toss 15 and a third innings in the final two games, allowing three runs and striking out 19.

There was some controversy in the clincher. Coastal Carolina head coach Kevin Schnall ejected in the first inning for arguing balls and strikes. NASCAR drivers had to wait out the rain in the Poconos. Good to the last drop. Chase Briscoe saves and wins in Poconos.

Briscoe's first win of the season gets him into the playoffs. He led 72 laps and tacked on a stage win. Seven-time Pocono winner Denny Hamlin was second, Ryan Blaney third. Alex Pillow took the checkered flag for the sixth time in nine IndyCar races this season in Wisconsin. He had just enough gas to beat out Felix Rosenquist.
