Cooler Temps in the East and Warmth in the West

I'm Fox weather meteorologist, Stephen Morgan with the latest from America's weather center, starting off with the temperatures, the lower 48, the nation's going to be divided this week with the West staying warmer than average and the East on the cooler side, the Mercury is going to continue to rise in the Valley of the sun in Phoenix temperatures. Each day will continue to warm through the eighties and the nineties, even possibly reaching a

100 degrees by Thursday and Friday. Meanwhile, in Pittsburgh, temperatures dipped near freezing for the first few mornings of this week with afternoon highs not warming all that much in the upper 30s, even low 40s. And that's going to remain the case for the second half of the week with temperatures struggling to get out of the 40s. Pittsburgh right through the weekend might even have some rain to contend with on Saturday.
