And we are continuing to track showers and thunderstorms along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast today. Some of those thunderstorms could produce not just heavy rain, but also some pockets of flash flooding. Watch those creek, river, and stream levels very carefully. And although severe weather is not expected, a few of those storms could produce some gusty winds, small hail, and lots of lightning.
