Fox Weather. I'm meteorologist Ari Sarsalari, and here's the latest from America's Weather Center. Still going to be kind of a rainy day up in the northeast. May see some snowflakes mixing in in parts of the interior northeast. We had some light accumulations in parts of upstate New York earlier on. The temperature's not terribly cold. Again, with this coastal storm, if this was about two months ago, it would have been a pretty solid snowstorm for everybody, but mostly rain. It was heavier this morning. It's going to lighten up, and still it's going to be a little bit on the breezy side.
Watch out for some severe storms on Monday. This is for the Ohio Valley and the interior northeast. Should be mostly damaging straight line wind. Can't rule out a tornado or two. That's an early heads up on that. We'll continue to follow it. And the flooding is going to continue along the Mississippi River as all that water that we got over the last couple of weeks trying to drain down toward the Gulf. Again, it takes a while. So for a lot of spots farther toward the south, the river is not expected to crest for another week, week and a half.
