Fox weather. I'm Fox weather meteorologist Stephen Morgan with the latest from America's Weather Center. Storms are set to be loud across the midsection of the country this week with spring severe weather trying to turn it up a notch. It all gets going tomorrow with plenty of energy associated with an area of low pressure and a dry line could fire off some storms. We saw it on Wednesday through Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma. Large hail damaging winds. Even an isolated tornado will be possible. But let's talk about
this early spring temperature seesaw that's not really going anywhere with the continental U.S. fluctuating between warmer weather to cooler weather. The Big Apple is in for another big chill, but it's going to be short-lived. The coldest day of the week was today, temperatures staying in the low 50s. By the weekend, though, what a rebound. In St. Louis, the first half of the week has been cool,
cooler with highs 5 to 10 degrees off the average. But by Thursday, things will quickly turn around with temps soaring to near 90 by Friday. Get the latest weather updates anytime, anywhere.
