This past weekend I heard an interview with Don Thompson, the CEO of McDonald’s. I was absolutely fascinated by his interview. As president of the largest restaurant franchise in the world (over 35,000 locations) he will still occasionally stop by a location and go back into the kitchen and start cooking.
