Beth is a serial real estate investor who has redeveloped over $5mm in single family homes, am Co-GP on over 800 multifamily units and 500 student housing beds, hold equity in a hotel repositioning in Panama (Central America) along with an RV park in northeast Ohio. Currently Beth is working to solidify several development opportunities, an RAL portfolio, a hotel development in the Carribean and several MF properties in the Southeast.
