Hi! You guys the podcast is BACK! The start of season 2. I have some super exciting rebranding in the near future.

But today's episode is something very near and dear to my heart. I share how I struggled in my marriage after having kids. How I felt stuck. Lost. Didn't know who my husband was or where that guy that I fell in love with went. It was hard and I struggled to get back. And most of all, I felt so lonely in this process. So if this can help anyone then my work is done. Whether you are meant to stay together or move apart. I promise you - as cliché as it sounds, working on yourself really will be the game changer and the thing you get to take with you forward no matter what.
