Hi - hello. Welcome. Well, I'm back again. for episode #3/52 this year as I vowed to podcast weekly for 2023. This episode talks about this journey. How setting a goal seems like a great idea at the time, but following through is a whole other mind game. How we can fight ourselves or want to back out. And how I'm trying to set it and forget it. Just like my new gym routine. This is what we are doing, less thinking and more doing.
