Today's interview with Tara Brunet focuses all on mindset and manifestation for business, life, and motherhood. Tara is a manifestation coach that has an infectious energy that helps you believe anything is possible and backs that up with her relatability and weatlth of knowledge and tools in her membership group and online presence.

She also has a specific program and how to get your dream body with out dieting or any extreme measures after dealing with her own eating disorder.

She is a huge lover of human design and is a fellow projector the same as myself. We chat all about what it means to be a projector, shining your light and waiting for invitations.
